My anxiety first manifested as dizziness that was the same way you described. I would get so dizzy, I would have to sit down in the middle of the grocery store. Just an FYI. It was a long time ago, but what you were describing totally reminded me of that. My arms would also go cold and I would get headaches. Not a fun time. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Be well. 💖
@@SarahBrithinee it sucked. 😂 It was back in the early 2000’s and mental health issues were starting to be addressed. All of my symptoms were physical, so I underwent a ton of different tests with no answers. I had to take a leave of absence from work it got so bad. Finally, a doctor asked if I was willing to try an anxiety medication and I said, “I’ll try anything!” And it worked. Thank God!! It just goes to show how much the psychological and physiological go hand in hand. Good luck!
Theo is getting so big! Fingers crossed that he will grow out of his dairy allergies. When I was trying to get off my medication I had severe stomach issues. Not fun! Looks like summer in Michigan is in full swing.
He’s allergic to peanuts, dairy, & eggs. They said 95% chance he’ll grow out of dairy. He likely won’t peanuts & im not entirely sure about eggs. We have a pretty aggressive allergist so we go back next month again.
