Something I struggle with a lot is on how to eat on rest days. Even though I only have one rest day, I still tend to over-eat and binge on that day.

You might be restricting yourself too much during the week and then binge on your rest day. Perhaps allow yourself more food? 🥰

When u lift ur not supposed to straighten all the way at the top bc it gets rid of the tension! And ur not supposed to thrust foward, keep ur knees slightly bent at the top

She didn’t ask n this is quite rude to say anyways. It’s also inappropriate when a portion of her audience struggle with eating disorders n may read this comment and think she’s eating unhealthy, but she rly isn’t. This is very very normal.
