Re doing your hair often is stopping your hair retention and hair growth. This repitition adds to hair loss. Style ONCE with moisture and KEEP YOUR HANDS OUT YOUR HAIR.
Hey girl, thanks for the feedback! I was just sharing a random week in my natural hair and this video by no means shows the entirety of my natural hair routine as it was specific to that week. I usually style my curly hair on wash day and rock it for the week, however since my hair was stretched in this video it required a little more attention. Thus far I haven't had any issues with hair growth and length retention so I think its safe to say that my routine works for me 🙂.
