I really like the furniture piece & mirror by your kitchen that your dad helped you with. What a cute sidewalk cafe place! I used to have panic attacks, too. I thought I was literally dying of a heart attack with the first one! God healed me of them. Hi Danielle! I used to have really bad knee problems/plantar fasciitis and I HIGHLY recommend the vinyl Birkenstocks, they're so lightweight and provide really good support with a slight cushion!

This is counter to the advice you've gotten but you can develop your arches by going barefoot and wearing barefoot shoes; it worked for me! I used to have completely flat feet and was told by a podiatrist to wear extra supportive sneakers as I was having injuries when running. A few years later I learned that's actually not what our feet need. Our arches need to be strengthened by having contact with the ground and after three years of wearing barefoot shoes, my feet have ever-strengthening arches! This is definitely alternative medicinal advice and barefoot shoes are not in line with what's fashionable, but for me, true healing is worth it. Much love! -Spirit
