Oh GUESS WHAT! Hate Myself - voice memo version will be out on all streaming platforms tomorrow :) How u doin lads! I'll take this opportunity to check in. Sorry I haven't been posting on here too much! I miss it so BAD. Maybe i'll think of a wee daily or weekly project or something to work on in the countdown for album. Finding time is an issue tho lol. I'd love an inbetween of doing absolutely nothing except feeling my ass change shape as i sit on it so much and having each hour CRAMMED with admin and interviews and filming and recording lol.

A lot of people have a different 'singing voice', it's more obvious when both accents are different to your own because you're paying more attention! You probably sound a little different when you sing, because you're going for more style and intonation than when you speak. Also why some people adopt different accents during speech therapy, because it's easier to work on enunciating when you have a typical pattern/structure for your 'better' voice!

It's a weird feeling, seeing dodie, and feeling so proud of your friend that you've known for so many years. You've literally watched her grow as a person and an artist. You've seen her style develop and how she's found herself. You've seen her get through and accomplish so much - the good and the bad - and she inspires you with her talent and beautiful personality. You feel so lucky to be her friend and you just want to give her a big hug and insist that we meet for a catch up sometime soon because we have SO much to talk about. Then you remember that you've never actually met her and she doesn't even know you O_O It's a very weird and very sad feeling and it certainly does feel like you've missed out on a great, long-time friendship with a good person.

Im so used to hearing the flat "noOOOooOo" in anything that for a second in this one sounded sharp lol No but seriously, the vibe Anything gives off literally makes me smile no matter what I'm going through. Something about this song just radiate the same energy as, sunlight warmth, home, love, smiles, and just happiness despite it being about not being able to move on. I'm so pumped for the album version, and all of the other songs!
