She is making an effort to speak Marathi while didn't even have to, it shows how passionate she is about conserving and protecting Indian art and heritage, as a maharashtrian inspite of living in Maharashtra I have always felt being overlooked but now I feel that I've been seen and it's a great feeling.

Nitaji is extraordinarily graceful and down-to-earth. One of my friends worked with Teach For India and met Nitaji at an IPL match as part of the Education For All (EFA) initiative. She described Nitaji's kindness. This is an excellent project, and I would like to participate as a saree connoisseur.
We have many weavers and many handicraft unique weaves from India. Last year when I visited Delhi I went to Tata saree shop where the shop keeper explained to me the 4 types of silk we have in our country and we attribute to eg: Kanchi silk is based on the weaving style not the silk thread. Though it is labour intense work but no other country has taken this art so far like our India where is to still liked by younger generation. I make sure once a year I buy one unique handweave saree. Last year I bought venkatagiri silk, this year I will try bananas silk or tussle silk.
Dear Nita,your effort to recognise our weaver is remarkable. I came across one of the weaver awarded by Mr. Modi , shree darshan Paithani . His designs are unique and has dream to open a unique museum com shopping place in Maharashtra for weaver , where a customer can reach to unique design and admire our heritage, without having an exponential price tag of a designer boutique. The money should go to the actual weavers, they should be appreciated. There are many such places in Varanasi. Request you to support for Maharashtra and Gujrat weavers.

Neeta Ambani has a very graceful personality. I love the way she carries herself. We actually need more "rich" who will further support and encourage Indian Arts and craftsmanship which has been neglected for a long time now.

Great initiative by the Ambani’s. After seeing Broadway musicals such as Aladdin and Lion King I wished there were places like that in India.I hope this venue will spawn great theater work on the lines of Jaanta Raja( जाणता राजा) - on the life of Shivaji, it would be a spectacular show.
