I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, he would make a great 5th grade teacher at one of those instagram heavy schools. He would be the kind of teacher that administrators would show off to visitors and they’ll plaster him all over their instagram. He’ll have secret handshakes with all his students as they enter his classroom, and he’ll make rhymes and dances for learning new strategies for subtraction. It’ll have nothing to do with Christ, and that would be okay because it’s not a church and he wouldn’t be a pastor. Nope. Just a teacher at a school, dancing on top of desks making relevant sounding chants for remembering PEMDAS. He’d be better off doing that. He’d be more useful.

People will make any excuse to justify their sin. The bad thing about Mike Todd is that he will be judged on a different level for having the title of pastor and leading a flock. But where is he leading his? It’s terrible enough for you to destroy your own life, but to be responsible for others, is a big deal; an eternal deal! Find a church that teaches the Bible and holds you accountable!
Go into the world and preach the Gospel meant .....go to every one that doesn't belong to Him on this planet everywhere and tell them the good news about His salvation.....I dont know what todd was talking about

That’s exactly what they are. No true believer could sit through his “sermons” especially when he constantly misconstrue the Word of God and adds to God’s Word. These people are having their ears tickled, they like it and refuse to discern it. Pray for them.
This is a prime example of preaching from the Word and about the Word instead of PREACHING THE WORD.....The Preacher is to preach the word...(2 Timothy 4:2). Don't preach about the word don't preach from the word, PREACH THEE WORD. The Word of the Lord is like a fire, it is like a hammer that breaks the rock into pieces (Jeremiah 23:29), its quick, powerful and sharper than any two-edge sword piercing to the dividing asunder of the soul and the spirit, the joints and marrow and is a discerner of the thoughts and intent of the heart and there is not creature hidden in his sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of him to whom we must give account (Hebrews 4:12-13). The Word is a fire that ignites, it is a hammer that crushes the hardened heart and a sword that pierces the spirit. the Preacher must Preach to move people from where they are to where they belong. When people are convicted and turn from wickedness....NOT ENTERTAINED.... and repent with a sincere heart....I read the Ethiopian eunuch, who was traveling in his chariot, struggling with the Word. He could not discern nor understand the text written by the prophet Isaiah and kept reading it aloud to himself....Phillip...the Apostle....the PREACHER.... came and asked him "Do you understand what you are reading" (HOW CAN THEY HEAR WITHOUT A PREACHER! AND HOW SHALL THEY PREACH UNLESS THEY ARE SENT?! - Romans 10:14-15). God sends the PREACHER...THE PREACHER MUST be a constant patron of his prayer closet....he MUST KNOW WHAT IS ON GOD's HEART, SO THAT GOD GIVES THE PREACHER THE WORD and puts it on his heart....that he make PREACH to the HEART of the people....TO MOVE THEM FROM WHERE THEY ARE....TO WHERE THEY BELONG! Phillp was sent to the Ethiopian eneuch. Phillip climbed in the chariot and sat next to the eunuch. the man was reading Isaiah 53:7 and responded to Phillip's question "How can I, unless someone guides me? (Acts 8:31). This is where the man was at....this is where Philip met him....but he needed to be moved to where he belong. Phillip then took that same verse and PREACHED to the eunuch Jesus Christ and Him crucified and how he was raised for our sins. For God made Him sin who knew no sin, to be made sin for us so that we may be made the righteousness of God in Him (2 Corinthians 5:21). The chariot began to approach a large body of water. The man with excitement pointed at the water the man said "See there is water, what is to prevent me from being baptized?" Phillip said "If you believe with all your heart, you may". The man said "I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST IS THE SON OF GOD." Phillip PREACHED THE WORD! He moved that man from where he was to where he belongs. We belong with Jesus Christ. He is life and his life is our light! He said, "I am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes to the Father except he come by me" (John 14:6). Give your life to Jesus Christ, only he can change you and give you everlasting peace, love and life! PREACH THE WORD! AMEN!
Jesus didn’t care about what people thought of him and didn’t even judge them for thinking negatively about him he either proved himself or asked questions. Let’s focus on the word. This is not of Christ. Jesus wouldn’t do this that’s why this is wrong.
This is really sad. He has fallen so far from the gospel and it’s evident. People screaming and yelling and ain’t saying nothing! The reason why he’s putting on shows is because he don’t read his word to minister from! Lord have mercy. Someone truly needs to sit him down and have him be under a pastor who can mentor him.
We need to define terms here. Even in pragmatism. “Whatever works”. What is mikes definition of “works”. Because to me his approach does NOT work. Working would be people coming to Christ. People being born again. If by “work” you mean any and everyone filling these seats, not only that but people who will give $$” then yes, it works.
To be fair, there is SOME place for introductory/"milk" level churches. For example, when I first became a Christian it was because I was listening to Steven Furtick sermons online and then started attending a local topical church.That initial exposure led to the Spirit taking me deeper and deeper, and now I attend a small, 5 solas expositional church and I listen to RU-vidrs like Kdub on the regular ;) Anyway, I'm not trying to make some huge grandiose point, just saying that there could be some role to play for these "feeder" churches that bring people in the door, then they mature in the faith and go on to deeper churches. I don't see how that model is inherently a bad thing.
I see what you are saying because God uses what may be meant for evil for His good but something many people don’t realize is how someone can be gifted to be a pastor and can pastor prematurely before they are saved and it would be like that on purpose for God to use one unsaved sheep to lead more unsaved sheep to the sheepfold. So it’s very bad how people are Willy nilly throwing out someone as a false teacher. That someone that is not Jesus sheep. It’s best to point out the error and keep it moving
Just because God used them despite the bad teaching doesn't make it ok especially when a majority of people leave Christianity because of these fake churches.

Many who were tares and fake leave but they would leave anyway because as the scriptures says they never belonged. But for those of us who believe in Jesus He is calling His sheep out of the harlot church. Christianity is apart of the harlot church that many people have made into their idol by turning fellowship into an institution. Jesus says His Kingdom is not of this world so if you leave Christianity (which is of this world) to follow Christ who leads His sheep then you are not in error…you are leaving error.

The spit was a sin because it was an unclean. It was disrespect. It was assault. It was abuse. It was Rebellious. It was humiliating. It can’t be cleaned up. I refuse to watch it. The ‘message’ behind that stunt was lost. Leviticus 15:8, Job:30:10, Isaiah 50:6, Matthew 27:30, Numbers 12:13, all speak against spitting in that way.

And Why haven’t you preached not one sermon on repentance if you truly discern the times and seasons?” And an even better question: “Why can’t you teach on the scriptures beyond writing a vision ? Do you READ and STUDY the Bible?”
I flew to Tulsa to see the church myself and it was actually a great experience. he’s definitely not your typical pastor whatsoever lol but watching all the way through you could tell his intentions are really pure, as well as the people around him. he ain’t some wizard of Oz character. He be arms distance really interacting with the people. And he don’t be begging for money which is a breather. Some pastors will have you feeling bad that you broke 🤣
I want to present a view for those claim to want to pray for him and trying self-righteously muzzle the rest of us. Praying for him would be to pray for the destruction of his flesh, that his soul might be saved. What we cannot do is hide behind a door asking God to grant him salvation without the reality of clearly rebuking his (Todd's) sin. God came seek and save the lost, not those who trust in themselves that they are righteous. When we pray for him, let's pray that God would convict his heart of sin, turn him from his unsanctified ways and regenerate him. Any other prayer would be one that beats around the bush.
No Mike, we go into the world and bring the message of Christ and His Gospel, we do not go into the world and bring the lost a message of our own that condones and exalts their sinful behaviours. Christ went and brought holiness to sinners, not sin and guess what, some believed and were changed, some did not but the point is this Christ never compromised holiness and He taught His disciples the same thing. You don't overcome evil with evil but evil with good. So, sin begets sin, holiness begets holiness. Church, please listen to Jesus and not Mike Todd and these so called 'pastors and preachers'. Amen.
You cannot serve two master you got to hate one and love the other. The bible talk about wolves in sheep clothing. We must use discernment at all times. Mike Todd will loves the worldly things and do wordly things. First of all does this look like a church? He doesnt even know how to have reverence to God. The Gospel speaks for itself, it doesn’t need bells and whistles. Honestly I can’t stand all that mess, and his Broadway comment made me laugh because as much as I love musical theater (the Lord is leading me away from it) the name itself says “broad way” and we all know what Jesus says about the broad way.
What crazy is that transformation chuch choire and mike todd make incredible music that sound current. He could easily have made original music for that play.
