Don't believe everything you seen on the media. Don't believe headlines. This nothing but propaganda. Women's education has expanded over the last year. The issue that the media is not mentioning is that they are rewriting some of the text books in the schools and making changes to education system. Some areas until these changes can be implemented not only are the girls not going to school even the boys are not going to school because of these issues. Since they don't have enough resources this will take time. For example a lot of the history textbooks used by the previous government are factually not accurate. They need to rewrite some of the history books because of the errors that exist in them. This will take time to rewrite the textbooks and print them and distribute them. Due to much of Afghanistan infrastructure destroyed this will take time.

Im surprised some women walking with open faces. As I know in the 1990s women were obliged to cover their faces. So Talibs became more moderate. Or at least they are trying to look more moderate to be recognized by the rest of the world. Talking of Indonesia, I've got a friend from there and told me her life is ruined because she managed to divorce her abusive ex husband. She couldn't sue him, the culture protects him. She also struggles to find a job, she says noone will hire her because divorced women are outcasted there, they are just pushed away, disrespected.
