I used to love older men. I started dating some. Most didn't want a committed relationship. Most loved to show me off and just feel young around me. I now date my own age.

She is a crazy B, and she needs to be in jail for doing what she did. He didn't deserve all of that, but he is scumy, too. Both actors suited the characters well. Great movie.

That's probably the point of the movie-- she was looking for someone to fill a void her father left and he wanted sex with someone way too young for him and figured a woman her age wasnt looking for a serious relationship with an old dude. Neither was looking for romantic love.

My neighbor downstairs sliced both her wrist & passed away Feb 2023. Her husband had left her in 2019 & she found out they were getting married. They were 2gether for 17yrs. It breaks my heart how many people do this or attempt it after an end of a relationship. RIP Sheri N
My husband passed away 7yrs ago. It's horrible living without his company. I am blessed my parrot laughs like him. Also my stepson moved in to take care of me because I have a rare disease. I really understand how despair can pull you down.

Sometimes a relationships can hurt, my husband left me after 27 years for another women, yeah things happen of course it's been really hard I'm 62 years old now and still struggling without him but I have my sister that's been there for me, Been tough still tough I want lie I've tried dating but that dosent work out the last man I was dating for 8 years he ran around on me, Noone is honest and faithful anymore I don't get it, I've been good to the men n my life but I'm always the one that ends up getting hurt, they lost a good women n me, karma will come back to those who do someone wrong I believe that! I've always had a good heart & will continue to have a good heart!! Maybe one day I'll meet someone honest, alls I can do is hope for that!!!!

I think that the twisted way she viewed romantic relationships had a lot to do with her cold and dismissive father. Subconsciously, she was desperately looking for the love that she never got from him.
I know he was trying to be the nice guy and all but he shouldve changed his number, locks, and had filed a restraining order against her. The restraining order wouldnt have been much of a deterent but he wouldve had more leverage against her to press charges because a pattern wouldve been seen and the cops wouldve been able to investigate her more when she destroyed his boat.
He actually treats her pretty miserably. She ends up apologizing for the dinner when he was the one in the wrong. Also, his golf tournament is such a big deal and yet she has no idea it’s even happening?
The insinuations between father-daughter-lover thing in this movie are disgusting. I wanted to 🤢 every time she kissed him. I don’t get how young beautiful women are willing to be with men THAT old, just for the money and convenience. They have some father issues, otherwise no sane girl would be willing to “do it” with such an old man. That’s so disgusting.
It is reality. She never got love from her father so she is looking to another man for it. She has serious abandonment issue. So it is not disgusting, but sad and very painful for her.

This aired during the third season of 90210. I absolutely loved Shannen and was so excited for this tv movie even though it turned out to be a little too “adult” for me haha. I still covet Shannen’s hair and that house!

I half blame Ed only because he knew her crush and obsession right away and he played along. When he got tired of her, he wanted to toss her aside. She was young and a bit off of course. Ed's actions weren't matching his words to her. He is lucky she only burned his boat.
She reminds me of myself. When I like someone I start acting crazy and delusional. I can’t help it but why like why don’t you like me 😂?? And I understand this young lady is kind of crazy, but he shouldn’t have acted like he loved her. And he’s older and that just goes to show that age don’t mean anything because he’s older and he should know better he should have known by how she was acting there’s something is not right in her head.

I didn’t think she was to bad. She didn’t want him for his money that’s a plus. I’m surprised an older man like him having a young beautiful girlfriend and she is all over him and he doesn’t like it? wtf ever!! Someone falling that quickly in love is a red flag though. It’s not love it’s obsession. She has daddy issues why she is going after a man her father’s age. She is trying to replace the love she isn’t getting from her dad with dude here .Wanting him to fill that void. Why she pushes and rushes so fast into a relationship. She is desperate for the attention and love she has never gotten fully from her absent tee father. Someone like this you got to cut them off faster the better and you can’t talk to them again. He definitely should have never slept with her again. All he did was make her worse…I think he is an azz tbh sad that’s how love starved she is.
