When playing WW top, no matter what build you are going for, you W max. You spend the first half of your health bar taking trades to get them low, then when you are both at half health you get bonus attack speed and move speed towards them so it's easier to chase them down, and you're constantly healing on-hit from your passive since you are below half health. Your Q is used mainly to reposition and for a quick burst of healing (or in the case of grasp proccing it for a trade)
