Just thinking, was Vex the only new champ in the last couple of years that hasn't been broken? Nilah is strong when piloted well but can be shutdown so hard from champ select; I believe this inflates her stats as you would only pick her if the composition is playable for her. Hwei is an interesting one, technically he has only recieved buffs since release (significant ones at that); despite this I think he will emerge as broken (or S tier) for GM+ -> Pro. If he Hwei plays strategically the AoD, damage, vision control and long fear duration can be very oppressive. Naafiri jungle....? *Searching
