señor, perdón por mi pobre idioma español. No sé español, solo trato de hablar contigo sobre mi problema, Hola señor, yo mismo Ajit Nayak de INDIA, tengo la bomba Rexroth A10VSO100-DFLR-31R. En unos días, mi equipo reemplazó el kit rotativo de esta bomba. Te pregunto pl. guiarme a través de la configuración de la presión, el control de flujo y la configuración óptima de la válvula de detección de carga. mi máquina CNC requiere pre. Es un motor de 3200 PSI, 50HP que se utiliza en este sistema. Gracias Ric Rach y equipo.

Según el data sheet RS 92 701/10.07 (puedes encontrarlo en google), presión de trabajo no mayor a 280 bar, pero puede soportar picos de hasta 350 bar. ¿Que significa esto? que Rexroth recomienda lo uses hasta la presion de 280 bar (para que tu bomba te dure y este ok), pero algunos elevan la presión mas de 280 bar, pero esto desgastara o deteriorara mas rapidamente a la bomba, ya que el rango de picos de presion que surjan pueden ahora sobrepasar los 350 bar. Hola, eso se regula con un caudalimetro y midiendo la presión, es decir con un probador hidráulico dandole carga, en donde se grafica la curva PxQ. Regular el compensador o la load sensing, son otras regulaciones aparte a esa regulación del control de potencia. Por eso indico es facil desregularla y recuperarla al azar, pero el punto exacto se obtiene con la curva PxQ. Slds. Olá, isso é regulado com um medidor de vazão e medindo a pressão, ou seja, com um testador hidráulico dando uma carga, onde é plotada a curva PxQ. A regulação do compensador ou sensor de carga são outros regulamentos além do regulamento de controle de potência. Por isso indico que é fácil desregulamentá-lo e recuperá-lo aleatoriamente, mas o ponto exato é obtido com a curva PxQ em uma bancada de testes. Slds.

Windlass hydraulic pump rexroth A10VSO DFLR hyd pump ...while starting pressure is 50 bar and when lowering pressure goes up to 140 bar while operating DCV handle...once we release the handle to stop position... slowly pressure drops and goes to 50 bar again..and after that not able to do lowering operation...but heaving operation working but slow... pressure dropping till 20 bar....pls suggest some inputs

Hello, there is a control failure in the pump, I recommend you take those pumps to someone who knows (hydraulic workshop) since they have power control and are calibrated on a test bench. The symptom that the pressure takes a while to drop in neutral may be that the LS restrictors are contaminated (LS-Bypass). And the lack of flow pressure control, the pump power control may have moved and that is calibrated on a test bench. Try very carefully to check the load sensing, disassemble it, check its spring, and restrictors, be careful that any restrictor falls out of the load sensing inlet pipe, which has one. Hello sir, Myself Ajit Nayak from INDIA, I have Rexroth A10VSO100-DFLR-31R pump. before few days my team replace rotary kit in this pump. i request to you pl. guide me to set up Pressure, Flow control as well as load sensing valve optimum setting. my CNC machine required pre. is 3200 PSI, 50HP Motor using in this system. Salutare din Romania,am un escavator Volvo 3,5t si are aceiași pompă. Problema este că atunci cînd se fac 2 comenzi împreună moare motorul,specific sa umblat la reglajele de pe supapa LS , îmi poți spune ce ar putea fi mulțumesc anticipat

Ce se întâmplă este că atunci când reglați mai mult supapa LS, creșteți debitul disponibil în pompă. Această creștere determină creșterea puterii hidraulice și tinde să oprească motorul diesel. Trebuie sa stii cand este diferentialul Load Sensing furnizat de producator, ca sa il poti regla asa. Iar procedura pe care ți-o dă producătorul ar trebui să fie în manual, care piston trebuie mutat pentru a verifica presiunile pompei și a LS, și a obține diferența. In orice caz, trimite-mi planul hidraulic sau manualul pentru a-l localiza mai bine la oleohidraulicavanzada@gmail.com sau wasap +51 961 284 096. salutari
