Your statement doesn’t make sense. Now a days everyone is growing along with society. Especially i am seeing this shop from 80’s like as u mentioned “common man”. Yes, including common man have consumed these products. Talking on price. Price is fixed based on the raw material , labour, hygiene , transportation and quality. I didn’t add brand marketing because they have family brand and no need marketing for them. Ppl like you will comment quality is low because price is low. If you get high quality food you guys speak on price. Better you make food in your house and eat 😀

Today I had a South Indian Thali @ A2B in Bharathi Salai , Triplicane.. It is not worth the cost of Rs.140. Paayasam horrible.. Nearby kasi Vinayaka Mess is there., They charge ₹90 for a meal with curd. Two days ago I had my meals there after a gap of nearly 20 yrs. Still they maintain the same quality. Compared A2B items may be less. But still they serve tasty meals with sufficient amount of vegetables. Learn from them how they maintain quality and keep the price under check. Your business is for the rich not for middle class people.

Agree on the taste and quality from that perspective. My problem is the usage of cheap oils and vanaspathi which is not healthy for sure. You can eat once in a while.

Sincerely feel spot checking by high level crew is a must. Those outlets that have high footfall are the ones that lack etiquette cleanliness and compromise on food quality. A great product but may not last the test of time of serious corrections are made. With humility I give these feedback. Best wishes

In my area there's a store, I saw them with a very good front area, but the kitchen was very euk. Even in this video we can find the oil colour while frying. I use to go there for eating panipuri once in a blue moon. After watching the back area kitchen I stopped going there. It's better to cook by ourselves else eat pooridge and thogayal which 100% healthy.

You can't blame them still they are good, The problem is Indian tradition hotels don't follow hygiene though there is law, people never complain officers don't bother. Small countries like Sri Lanka small tea shops follow hygiene they always wear gloves neet and tidy.
