Wow Melissa... For me personally, even without the dance stone yet, I can't imagine JYP not wanting her in the group... it's not just because she has a fantastic voice... but being a songwriter + able to make the audience feel those emotions... not an easy thing, because besides the talent you have to let yourself be very vulnerable...

All the girls performances were amazing but Melissa’s definitely was the highlight of the show for me. I feel like people don’t talk about her enough and it’s crazy cause this girl is so talented. Writing a whole song at the age of 13 AND it being a very emotional song isn’t easy at all. And not only that her vocal range and the way she controls her voice is always so shocking to me. Rooting for her throughout the way and I’m rlly hoping she debuts along side all the girls.

i actually really like that they decided not to set the amount of members. i appreciate how he's giving them motivation with the ranks, but not encouraging them to fight against each other and rather see each other as teammates. im really rooting for these girls

This probably the first survival show ive watched all the way through. I just love that theres nothing but positivity, talent and love since everyone could debut

Lexus proved her star quality by showing her ability to be able to remember and pay attention to even the shortest interactions with people. Being able to remember interactions with fans and remembering what they said before the next time you meet them is an important quality for any star.

The way Kaylee just casually put another warhead in her mouth was so cute and funny 😂

As a youngster who grew up without a father, I completely understand Melissa. I felt her pain. While listening to the song lyrics and watching her perform, I found myself in tears.

I actually cried during Melissa’s performance. Girl I cannot imagine the pain. I have difficult relationship with my father too so it hit a cord for me.

Melissa is something out this world. How can someone be this beautiful, strong and talented at such a young age? I thought I'd cringe at her 13 Yr old self song..I can't believe how many times I've rewatched her part. Same with her last performance. She is so strong and amazing that she should be a solo artist

Melissa seems like she's been singing in front of a large audience for years. She is so comfortable performing and confident!

Ain’t no way camila didn’t get in the top 5. She literally composed her own rap in 3 different languages.

Melissa being that vulnerable and sharing such a personal story, while turning it into art was so inspiring and truly brought me to tears.

Melissa is really something special. She’s brave for being so vulnerable and tough as nails performing something so emotional in the most beautiful way. If she doesn’t become a star I will riot.

I'm loving the interactions between the girls and the conversations and jokes jyp encourages. All survival shows should be this wholesome wtf 😭😭😭

I'm kinda sad that we didn't get to see Misha's full performance bc it was cut by the prod. She looks like a great contemporary dancer and I'm sure it might have deserved a top 5 rank but we'll never know :(

Melissa is insanely talented with her singing and song writing! Even if she doesn’t debut as a k-pop artist she can seriously make it in the US - a record label needs to sign her!!!

I’m a Japanese who watches all episodes of NIZI project. In the audition, JYP valued “personality” the most for the debut member. Even if they don’t have good skills, have all talents, contestants who has a good attitudes or great personality will be chosen. I really want them to debut! They are gonna be super cool group😊

Gina was sooo good. She wrote and performed an entire sketch comedy bit by herself. That commercial break part was funny, not even to mention the 3 languages she used seamlessly!

watching A2K makes me realize how good jyp as a mentor. I don't know why people keep saying mean words towards him.

They deserved the stones! This is the first time i see an audition which all members have their unique star quality and talents to show! 👏👏👏

Melissa's vocal and the spirit to let her pain go in a faithful way would definetely help the group and many people who suffer in similar circumstances and the positive way of her presence looks really encouraging. Lexus showed beautiful move on her ballet with strong control on her motion with stable balance, then the Pop move was really impressing as well as enthusing. Her sense on both fast motion and slow gentle one was really flawless. Surprised at Gina's fluency in three languages, the commercial acting of water was charming. Kaylee showed strong powerful taekwonmoo impressively. And her eating sour candy reminded me of NiziU MAKO who ate lemon without showing bitter impression and said tasty as Kaylee did, and she looked like just a cute girl next door. And loved Yuna encouraged JYPark to try the candy when Kaylee recommended him to. Also surprised that both Kendall and Yuna practiced Taekwondoo before. Really really interesting assembly of talented girls!

Melissa is outstanding. she would most definitely be an amazing part of this group. I hope he picks her as a final member. Her effort, maturity and drive is just beyond her years

I infinitely love Melissa's voice, it's so heartbreaking and authentic. She definitely has to be in the group. Savanna's radiant energy is spectacular and Camila is sweet, full of surprises.

MELISSA. You are an amazing artist!! As someone who grew up without a father beside me, I felt the pain and overflowing emotions from your song. You sang it with your heart and I think that’s the most important thing when singing. I literally bawled my eyes out after hearing your song cause I can completely relate to it. You deserve the first place!! Keep going~ You have my support 🫶

Kaylee's segment is just perfect!She showed who she is right now. She doesn't need to act like an adult to be able to compete against older girls.

I love how Kaylee called out how Kendall knows taekwondo too. Really shows her humility and that she values her teammates!

I can actually see all of them debuting. I've never seen such a talented, hardworking, and interesting cast in a survival show before. A testament to the girls and also to JYPE and JYP for organizing a show that really destroys harmful "kpop survival show" conventions.

My heart broke when Melissa sang. She is an absolute star that girl. Not just in her performance and songwriting abilities, but her character is on another maturity level that I haven't seen in adults.

JYP is certainly a great artist, a very strategic CEO and a philosopher. I love the quality of his comments.

Gina's talent was obviously languages, but besides that, being MC on a music show for example or starring in ads is super important to idols. She did such a good job and I was grinning the whole time!

Camila was ROBBED. She definitely should’ve placed Top 5. Kendall’s performance was FINE but Camila showed skill and finesse and a talent that would 100% strengthen this group.

Ginas was soo amazing and literally so creative, she gives me such idol vibes, love her❤

I’m in love with Lexi and Yuna’s personality they seem SO sweet, totally rooting for them to debut! Plus I loved Melissa’s honesty and vulnerability, loved Kendall’s talent, Savanna’s gymnastic skills left me speechless, Camila being an all rounder… I overall loved this “star quality” round, and I think it made me love every member!

JYP truly felt Melissa’s song, and he is close to tears. Being a girl dad himself, maybe some aspects of the song have deeply affected his soul 🖤🖤

I am so in love with Melissa. Her voice, emotion and performance are already professional singer. She will be a valuable member of the group if she debuts.

LOL I love how Yuna and Lexi immediately jumped on JYP to eat the Warheads. That was cute. And Kaylee being absolutely stoneface with that in her mouth was insane. THEN she popped a lemon one in to assert her dominance further hahaha. My face twitches and spasms on its own when it hits. EDIT: Wow. Melissa's songwriting ability is on par with her expressiveness. Can you imagine how unstoppable she'll be as she grows? It's one thing to be hurt by someone, but it's another to be able to channel the emotions into a well-made song. And it's another thing, again, to be able to perform it flawlessly.

JYP seems to be fathering these girls so kindly and positively.

Everyone has such varying personalities. What I like about Lexi is how levelheaded, quiet, determined and humble she is. Gina is Korean, but still, she is so good at Korean. Maybe she is a genius, spoke Korean at home, gone to Korean school, etc. I think my biases are Cristina and Camila. So positive, strong, caring, loving. All deserved stones and the top 5 were deserved as well!

I like the friendships blooming within. Especially Kendall and Kaylee I hope they both debut. Plus Kendall is supportive too

I feel like Melissa is legit born to be a singer. Her vocals are outstanding, like whether she will do well or not in Kpop or to have such a powerful voice to even become a huge celebrity singer she has a fantastic vocal range. Its crazy. I hope she gets noticed by a record label because she is amazing.

Melissa's song is so heartbreaking. I know someone who's in the same situation. His dad left him when he was young, he's a grown up now and his dad has never been around although they live in the same city and they're not in contact anymore. He is now a father himself and he does his best to never be like his own dad. He loves and adores his daughter, doing his best to give the best care for his girl. It's almost like he's getting healed from the past through his own child. Melissa, I can see how genuine and loving person you are. I believe one day your own child(ren) will comfort you and heal your pain as well. You gave such comfort to a lot of people who're in the similar situation as yours through your song. You're a great artist.

I really love how CHARACTER is evaluated in all JYP groups/survival shows. Like you can be the most talented, but if you don't have a good character, you won't flourish well here. JYPE artists are known to be the nicest idols in the industry.

I REALLY DON"T THINK YA'LL UNDERSTAND Melissa's performance was among the best i've seriously ever seen ( even among professionals). there are a lot of people who write songs but they don't really have the talent to deliver so much emotion to their audience Mellissa is a GEM she not only showed her talent in writing and let's remember this is a song she wrote at 13!!!! cause god knows some people write lyrics and are very technical about it but don't make sense. Melissa gave us a story that I know myself and others can relate to but she didn't just give the story she delivered the emotions SO WELL for a song she wrote at 13 it was so RAW and fresh. this is an emotion I'm still feeling even after her performance. I WAS AWSTRUCK BY HER. I SAW TALENT THAT YOU DON'T SEE EVEN IN ARTISTS NOW. yes, I had to CAPITALIZE THAT.

The A2k team really has talent in every way possible….flexibility,art,singing,dancing,sourness🤣,strongness,lyrics and even more.It’s exiting to see a soon to be K-pop group with a lot of races and cultures.And even tho A2k is still in the process of debuting I know A2k will be on of my favorite groups.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

ok but camila deserved a ranking, she was truly so great! it was an original rap :o the charisma, the linguistic skills - it was all so immaculate! definitely one of the most memorable performances out of them

It takes a lot of courage takes to sing about something as personal as your strained relationship with your father to everyone .JYP said it best "standing here stout and tall singing about your pain" is just amazing, a powerful performance. She definitely deserves that first place.
