I really like how the neighborhood was staged well in advance of the photo shoot where prospective buyers literally get to see how their investment into their new home is at work for them.

Hey mate, thanks for the compliment. I use Premiere Pro. I think this is 4k XAVC S, 200M 4:2:2 10bit in PP11 S-cinetone. 100p or 120P and just 1/200 or 1/250 so just double the frame rate for the shutter speed.
@@brightskyrealestatemediaThank you! I normally have it at about +1 never over. If it's a bedroom and I want to recover the windows I'll normally go -1 then mask the windows, and bring up the exposure in post. only if necessary though.
