true, I've noticed especially in 4th gen the reactions to performances are so dry and sour. like why all so blank faced? only a few years ago ppl would be up dancing and cheering
@@shorkelili It'd also be because of the toxic fan wars caused by various fans over analyzing situations and just wanting to spread hate. Whilst there has always been fan wars in the kpop industry, I've noticed that since 3rd and 4th gen toxicity has increased so as a result, 4th gen artists have essentially cracked down and forced themselves not to react, because they've learnt that regardless of how they react, even if its them enjoying the moment, they'll get hounded for it. And your comment is also a great example. It doesn't matter what they do, react or not react, someone is always going to be upset at them for it.
I know there's probably many reasons why they all barely reacted, but it just sucks to see this because Skz always hypes everyone up without fail :( I hope to one day see someone return the reactions they do❤️
Stray kids is the best 4th generation group not just because they are self produced but because they have personalities and manners to appreciate the music of other groups, unlike most of the music industry these days. Most of 4th generation is about visuals rather than talent, it's such a shame.
Bro skz are my ult group so I don't mind the skz praise at all but don't write this bs... It's common knowledge that they aren't reacting because reactions are over analysed these days by antis and anything can turn into a reason for a scandal and they simply don't wanna risk it.. skz give energetic reactions because well... They wanna take the risk, they don't care but that doesn't mean the other idols don't have manners or whatever stuff u were spouting😭

@@luckydude9775 this isnt true actually, if u watch the seventeen perf reaction, all the artists were reacting and hyping them up. they just dont want to acknowledge that skz are good at performing
These 4th gen idols need to pull the stick out of their behind...like hardly no reaction what so ever. At least the 2nd and 3rd gens reacted and had a fun time during awards and with each other. Really miss my 2nd and 3rd gen idols they new how to interact with each other. Stray kids! What can I say but Love them and Ateez (they may be the only 4th gens I know to still have fun at awards).

@@12van idk if i translated correctly, but if i did, i’ll just say this. I am not complaining. I know most of the idols aren’t having reactions. This isn’t about all idols though, this is just about Lily, & if you watch her, there are parts where she is enjoying the performance.
Seriously some idols look like they are attending a funeral. There’s a performance in front of you and that’s how they react by sitting straight and showing no emotions while staring blankly. I dont get it. At least there are still some idols in the crowd who are still humans.
this is why skz the best hypemen they know how to have fun while others very careful even to smile. I mean not idols' fault to be conscious of rumour about relationship but I find it adorable how carefree skz with each other & everyone else.
All I know is if anyone of them would’ve been performing stray kids would’ve been hyping them up. I’m definitely stan the right group 🔥not only is skz music fire but they wouldn’t act like this
the way i'm proud that i stan skz who are not afraid to react to other idols' performances, hyping them up, and are just enjoying to every performances
The only reactions I liked was that one man who was bopping his head during charmer and stays at back who were waving their lightsticks aggressively at the back.
Appart from like three people others are just staring blankly into space and act like they are not allowed to move, they don't even seem focused either. I get they might be tired but skz was beyond tired too and still gave their all. This is why I am a stay (btw seeing stays cheering in sync is so cool)
Skz nearly hype up with every group's performance and show their enjoyment without hesitating but the other groups are just... It is so disappointing to see :(
most of them looked so tense. why tho? can they just relax and enjoy? we should appreciate if someone performing, doesnt matter what type of performance.
Maybe because they aren’t watching just any artist. They were attentively watching the current standard of mainstream K-pop. They are learning what king of performance stands for. So they might be tense bcs they re impressed/discouraged by how high SKZ have set the standard.

@@startrends8122 The problem is that everyone's expectations are set too high. An awards show is a stressful environment, and it can be hard to react/fully enjoy every performance in what is I believe around a 3 hour or so show that they have to go through. Many of them have also performed or are about to perform too so that's just added stress
@@hyvnji1n534 these days when other idols react toooo much there are wild rumors that appear out of nothing and fan wars start and what not. Apparently they are all aware of it and tend to avoid extra stress and bad news. Maybe SKZ just doesnt care in general about what others say and have some type of reaction to other performers. Although this is ridiculous but I can somewhat understand that idols and their companies want to avoid unnecessary BS.
Just watching this makes me miss so much the old times, when nobody was afraid to cheer the other groups up, like bts or got7 (now award shows feels so empty without them :'), or any 3rd gen group in general. 4th gen groups may have better visuals (MVs) or skills but damn the surely don't have the epic reactions and moments 3rd gen groups gave us
I m 43. I m proud mother of three kids & I m skz fan. I did not see for a long time so talented young people like skz. Such a good music, dance, rap, atmosphere between members....they are all in one❤️
Same kabayan. That idol section of the audience was hellbent on not showing reaction to stray kids performace. Barely a tap, a finger click, or a nod to the awesome beats. That idol audience was freaky weird with a few exceptions only. Sad.
Came back here, of course wanting to see all these beautiful lightsticks cheering for skz's performance ♡ I want to say thank you to all stays and fans that cheered enthusiastically for skz, I wish you guys only happiest days ahead of you ♡
the part where they spin in the first song reminded me so much of no more dream where Jimin lifts his shirt..and Felix also lifts his shirt. Anyhow….STRAYKIDS deserve so much appreciation, it seems like a lot of kpop Stan’s don’t take skz serious and still see them as rookies. Skz are honestly the only boy group besides BTS and TXT thatI can never get tired of rn. I haven’t found any new boygroups who makes me feel like coming back every comeback. I feel like nowadays 4th gen groups are so robot like…like they’re programmed to just sit, blink, and look pretty in the camera. I like the fact that Skz aren’t afraid to look silly or react to other artists…it’s sad they don’t seem to get the same thing back. I feel like kpop is so competitive these days…everyone is scared to hype up others and the other half is obsessed with their looks to the point where they make every single minute about them. Idk why, but I feel so disconnected from kpop..I’m only coming back for a couple og groups..mostly 3rd gen groups.

They looks like robots ! What is this behavior? It doesn't hurt to encourage others! Fortunately, the stays are always there to encourage them! Stray kids and Stays together and forever.... ✌️💓
The annoying is that very few people are actually reacting and I thank does ppl but the fact that stray kids were cheering for all the groups regardless of who was perf makes this reaction lackluster and so much worse
Disappointed in their reaction. I liked Cravity Serim reaction the most (Changbins' 99 friend) you also see him smiling when Changbin gives finger heart at 5:28. The other ones who I saw enjoying it were other cravity members, Nmixx members, Siwon (Suju), TBZ Jacob, Kevin and Sunwoo, girl with white hat, one pentagon member. Tell me if I missed someone?
why you should feel disappointed it's not like they MUST give reaction. they can enjoy the performance however they like, some people enjoy performance by staying still or focusing without exagerate "reaction", like me

Came here to see idols reaction but this is so disrespectful at this point. Just 2 from Cravity, Nmixx, Siwon, Yena & Junho reacted. Others were just acting like their agencies banned them to not react to SKZ. I also saw this behaviour during MAMA too. So, disappointing to see this toxicity among the colleagues from the same industry
@@pirateateez4638 While I also wished they were more reactive, we cant jump to conclusions and accuse them of being mean and jealous for having nuetral reactions. Also Pentagon and TheBoyz have pretty good relationships with skz, and they actually talked fondly of them.And during Kingdom, The Boys were the best hypemen and Felix even baked everyone cookies. So lets not get the wrong idea

We dunno what happen with them, maybe they're too tired or smth whtever but what makes me so amazed (ofc not in a good way) like how they can hold themselves to not vibing when you listen to a music with that big sound, for me even when I unintentionally listen to some music that is not my style I still can vibe at least moving my head but them wow so stiff & dryy LOL Ps. I'm not saying this bcs I'm a fan of stray kids but imo idol in this generation seems like lacked of reaction, it's not fun again to see a fancam like "A,B,C group blabla reaction to D group" like before.
