If someone has a CRS score of 285/300 and Express Entry pool points of 60/67, will they qualify for the Alberta Tech Pathway if they receive an LMIA job offer? The LMIA job offer adds 50 points to their CRS score (increasing it to 335/300) and 10 points to their Express Entry pool score (increasing it to 70/67). Please confirm.

As long as you have 300 score you are eligible for Tech Pathway

Hi Manish, We are recently submitted expression of interest through Alberta Accelerated Tech pathway on 29th MAY 2024. Then came to know that AAIP introduced monthly draw on specified dates. We thought we already applied on before month so need to do anything on that dates. Now, we are little confused about the process. Do we need to submit the express of interest again on upcoming July month draw? If so what will happen to the already submitted expression of notice. Your response appreciated. Thanks in advance.

No.. if you have already submitted EOI then no need to reapply

There is no tracking available for EOI. You may want to email them and ask for a status.

How much maximum time we get to submit our documents and pay 500 Dollar fees after getting NOI email ?? ...on the email it's written 30 days.... Is it extendable or pls tell me how much maximum time can be given to submit the docx for getting the PNP ? ALSO....is PNP really taking 2-3 months still or is it faster now? When do we get the ITA after PNP....in how much time ??? Do we need to stay in the same company through which we applied for the PNP and whose roles and responsibilities were given to the immigration until the ITA has been received??? Lastly....till what time or stage the IELTS score validity matters ?? Does IELTS validity matters till we get PNP or till the time we apply after receiving ITA ??? Pls answer my questions...

Wow so many questions.. 1. The time written on your email is the time you get. Does your email talk about extending the date? 2. It depends which stream are you talking about. Most streams are currently taking 6 months 3. If you change employer you will have to inform AAIP and they will re evaluate your eligibility. So yes you can but make sure that doesn't impact your application. You will have to resubmit offer letter and other employer documents as required by AAIP. 4. Your test results must be valid (less than 2 years old) when you: complete your Express Entry profile apply for permanent residence
