Authentic south indian dishes don't ever have any sugar at all....not sure where you have eaten from. Addition of coconut or coconut milk adds slight sweetness

Good that you are cooking South Indian I am a pure South Indian Tamil, we make idly dosa batter at home😊. I have two kadayi of Indus Valley bought it in offer, don’t scratch with your spoon soak it in water with some vim liquid and wash it with soft brush, my maid never scratches my vessels I have taught her how to maintain it, ok nice video😊😊👍

Today, you spoke so much about healthy cookware, but you keep cooking in non stick cookware. Have you discarded non stick finally? Also readymade batter is never a healthy option...try making & storing dosa/idli batter at home

Dear Why you order idli dosa batter and neer dosa ? Its damm easy and without preservatives to make at home.Make a batter in bulk and keep in fridge for 2/3 days. I am from east India but my kid loves south indian food in his tiffin everyday.
