छत्तीसगढ़ के दंतेवाड़ा-बीजापुर जिले के बॉर्डर पर लोहागांव पीडिया के जंगलों में पुलिस और नक्सलियों के बीच मुठभेड़ हुई है. इस मुठभेड़ में 9 नक्सलियों की मारे जाने की खबर है. पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, नक्सलियों के PLGA कंपनी नंबर-2 के साथ जवानों की मुठभेड़ हुई. जवानों ने अब तक 9 नक्सलियों को मुठभेड़ में ढेर किया है. घटनास्थल से नक्सलियों के शवों के साथ SLR, 303 और 12 बोर हथियार भी बरामद हुए हैं.
