Bailey is a chartered accountant turned techie who after a decade working in fast growing tech companies decided to start a consulting business called World Changing Business to support the regenerative business movement. Little did she know this would lead her back to software with Collective Flow, and back to accounting with World Changing Business. Originally from Florida, Bailey now lives near the beach in Whangapāraoa, New Zealand with her husband, son and dog.
