Yeah Rick you're probably wrong, because they both were dating during this time. Vivek and Aishwarya were in a very serious relation and were sweethearts in everyone's eyes. Acting in that way was just his character. You should check more of Vivek Oberoi btw he's a fantastic actor (wish Salman hadn't ruined him)

Lmao, he's not a "fantastic actor" by any stretch of the imagination, average/decent at best. He was good in Company, decent in Omkara (although not memorable like Saif), Dum, Rakht Charitra, Sathiya, and completely overshadowed by the likes of Ritesh Deshmukh in the pedestrian sex comedies he's done. He's also clearly delusional (like the PM he portrayed in a tatti movie) because he compared his performance in Krrish 3 with Heath Ledger's Joker. You can find tons like him and better who grind it in auditions everyday because they don't have a famous father. Your bar for "fantastic" must be really low.
The singer is the legendary Udit Narayan. He sang what like a million songs during the 90's and 2000's and yes a lot of those songs were starting SRK. Good catch there! But tbh he sang for everyone. He has a magnificent voice.

Back in 90s he was the first choice for Shahrukh and Aamir, and later around 2000 he sang hit songs for Salman as well. He is a singer whose voice suits all 3 khans. I don’t know why you don’t remember his name, he was with Lataji in Dil to pagal hai live song you reacted to. Udit Narayan (aged 65) has been singing for 40 years now and his voice still sounds like a 20 year youngster, listen to his latest song from Coolie No. 1 (released last week) and see how well his voice suits on Varun Dhawan. Beautiful song ! Shankar Ehsan Loy is as good as AR Rehman. The female singer Sadhana Sargam is one of the best and most Underrated singer of hindi movies. Ash and Vivek were a couple then for a short period of time.
