AAPOL Black History Celebration | Houston Police 

On Saturday February 17, 2024 starting at 10:00 a.m. The Afro-American Police Officers League (AAPOL) will partner with the Houston Police Department (HPD) and Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church to host a Black History Month celebration for our employees, community stakeholders, youth organizations, and honored guests.
The purpose of this collaboration is to remind our HPD family and the citizens of Houston the importance of “Relational Policing.”
