It is just a situation right now where each team is getting familiar with each other's relievers, and let's face it,it has become a game of relievers with the inability of starters to go even 5 innings.
Yea this is exactly what happened with Houston. They had great SP all different with excellent breaking stuff… and Yankees had 4-5 awesome relievers. Eventually Houston started hitting our relief pitching and having quality ABs. It will work during the season when you play 3 game series and don’t use everyone every day. Not here.
@@joemama-tn7zl surprisingly? go watch game 3 of the Padres series, his defense was terrible at the beginning of the year too, thats 1/2 the reason why people were happy he got hurt the first time
Not on the Yankees if they are all in on Soto they have much cheaper options!Torres is looking for long term and probably north of 15 they won’t do that!
@kennethsmith796 you can take that to the bank that they will re sign gleyber none of the other negotiations will impact Soto there's a False narrative out there that the Yankees can only afford Soto and no one else
@chrisweidner4768, What is "win it all"? Start with Game 5 on the road against a team that has already won 2 elimination games already, because it'll be the toughest win all year. I have a sneaking suspicion this series is going back east.
People complaining about the players making a high salary don't complain about the rich execs or CEOs making millions of dollars. Look beyond the trees. At least the Yanks put money into the players vs. hoarding it.
@@leandrehogan2485if you want to discard the Yankees comeback and say clase gave it away that’s fine. But then you have to say clay holmes gave tonight away…6-2. It’s 3-1 and it should be 3-1
