This song absolutely breaks my heart.
I was the biggest fan of Aaron growing up. If he was a part of it or associated with it, I had to have it. I my entire room floor to ceiling and even inside my closet was nothing but Aaron and BSB posters. I met Aaron on many occasions, and he was the nicest, most down to earth person I had ever met. He wanted so badly to do what he loved and just be a normal person with friends who loved him for him and not his name. My nephew Christian who has autism is a massive fan of Aaron's and through his music he learned to talk so much better. I took him to see Aaron when he played at the Hard Rock Cafe in Anaheim California years ago 2004ish. Aaron played football with him, let him come backstage, and even gave me a media pass to record the concert. Aaron told security to leave my nephew alone as he wandered around during the concert in front of the barricade. Aaron truly was a remarkable and so incredibly talented person. He will be dearly missed. When he passed away, I felt like a friend of mine had died. I was and still am devastated. When Nick released this song, I knew I wanted to put a tribute to Aaron together to it.
