I must say I am very happy with Senator Cheruiyot's speech. On the most part, I have always subscribed to his school of thought. Now it remains to be seen what these leaders will do to make the country better as talk is cheap.

Bad habits like budgeted corruption, wheeler dealers, blotted appointments, disregarding the constitution and court orders, police brutality, impunity, threatening people's rights to protest, parliament abandoning its oversight duties, ... its these bad habits that have created these economic and political mess. He has failed. Failed to motivate, inspire , and give hope to the nation, which good leaders do in their first year.

Make politics unattractive by slashing hefty salaries and even term limits in every leadership.Merge counties to remove duplications but maintain people representation.Mps should not be the ones dishing letters of appointment to some institutions.You find old graduates being overtaken by fresh connected graduates
