@@raybrooks1555 LOL! Not just the voice, but the sigh, the suckin' of the teeth and the whole screw face and the eye-blink as he said, "Philly!". LMAO!
The genuine annoyance in everyone’s voice when they say “Philly” is palpable😂 come visit some time. There’s a reason visitors call it “Filthadelphia” - not because of the trash but because of the trashy people!!
Jason was just talking about how Aaron yelled at him one game for helping the guard on the New Heights podcast. Aaron was a beast! I’ll miss watching him play. Hope he enjoys retirement.
@@ChristopherR236 Yes. You don’t really get a lot of dumb questions anymore from swifties that could’ve googled the answer to their football questions.
In terms of average size for centers, Kelce was “little”, and in terms of speed for centers, Kelce was fast. I’m thinking you didn’t watch many Eagles games.
He’s solid. Not the true all time GOAT at center. I can think of a dozen as good or better that I’ve seen over the years. Not trashing Kelce, he’s a hell of a player.
@bosshogg8447 son even Aaron Donald sings his praises. 12 centers better is a stretch. I've been watching football since 1978. He's a cornerstone of a team that went to two Superbowls and won one. 4 All Pro selections and 8 Pro Bowls. What am I missing?
@@DarthVix501I think you can type new heights Arron Donald and it should come up. I think Kelce said the plan for Donald was Never let him have one on one.
Jason said the exact same thing on his podcast with Travis lol. I believe the Eagles are the only team Donald never got a sack against and he played them 5 times in his career
@shawnhawes7545 Kelce actually had one on ones against AD and won that too during bliss packages😂. Further annoying him In terms of strength AD is ahead but one on one kelce matched him in speed and slowed him down just enough for the QB to throw the ball
@@kaihamasaki9307 No argument from me but I don't think people appreciate how good Aaron Donald is. Kelce is an all time great player. But Aaron Donald is beyond that.
@@shawnhawes7545 No, Kelce was more than able to prevent AD from getting to the QB on a 1v1. He was one of the few guys who could and if you’ve seen the games where they’ve played and you look at the few times they have gone 1v1, Kelce won those just about every time. I cant remember a single time where Kelce let AD get to the QB.
Jason just confirmed this, they gameplanned to double triple team every play, anyone would else could get there but there sole focus was to double triple team.him every single play...what a monster and the ultimate respect....fhe team made sure to concentrate on ONE player whos an interior lineman at that.. definitely the goat of his era
As an Eagles fan. I have always had the utmost respect for Aaron Donald. Nice to hear him giving the love to Kelce, well I guess it’s “love”. Sorry my team gave ya fits Aaron.
They released a graphic of every jersey Donald had sacked with the number underneath and there was not one Eagle's jersey up there. They knew how to shut him down
As a Seahawks fan, I feel lucky to have seen as much of AD as I got to see. Dude was a monster and killed us every single time he played us. Nothing but respect!
Phillys offensive line from 2017-2023 is one of the best o lines in the history of this league.Jason and lane are hall of famers and I know Jordan was added later but I think he will also be a hall of famer one day. Sprinkle in an elite Landon Dickerson and yea this line is wicked
Philly did contain him about as well as I ever saw, but he’s still gravitating a whole section of an offense. You eventually need another person or two to step up and make a play. Still nerve wracking for every snap even with the elite execution Philly displayed
The level of respect someone like AD commands from a defense is a testament to his greatness, the ability for Philly to actually stop him is also a testament to Kelce.
That’s why Jason is a HOFer and arguably the best center ever. He’s an all out for the team or nothing guy and everyone loves someone like that. I’m a Seahawks fan but was sad to see Kelce retire. The Tush Push will never be the same without him. Speaks volumes. Happy retirement AD and JK
Mr. Donald, we all still love you. You are truly one of the greatest that has ever played the game. That is a sincere message to you. You are one of the best ever. Thank you for the memories that we will have for the rest of our lives.
This shows how dominant Kelce was. Centers get overlooked so badly. Olin and Jeff Saturday back in early 2000s loved watching those beasts. Kelce same way. Hope the bears get us one for Caleb and Bear Downnnnm
