Good problem to have, he’ll still be extremely rich living basically whatever kind of lifestyle he wants for the rest of his life, plus all the money he loses to taxes from the contract he could make most of that back through investments and endorsement deals, he will end up damn close to billionaire status if he doesn’t make foolish decisions
There are so many flaws in his math. Can't believe anyone would listen to this. First, you need to pay taxes first before able ton invest in anything. It'll come to 20mil/yr to invest. Second, how can he get 200mil right of the beginning to get the 800 mil of RE in the first year. Judge only accumulates 20mil each year to invest and it only get him 80mil worth of RE each year. Also i never heard of being able to take 60% of depreciation right after the first year. Lastly, he needs to pay capital gain taxes when he sells and he'll pay capital gain tax for the whole value because he depreciated close to 100% value.
