Because they like to listen to the end to see who else is going to turn around. They were also waiting to hear some dimension from his performance.

Choix d' Aaron, c'est déjà cool. Sur une chanson assez douce, donc pas facile de convaincre. Mais bj Scott à senti le potentiel. Elle a bien fait 😊

Un peu plat (je pense que c’est ce qui a un peu anesthésié les coachs) mais la voix est belle 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽faut prendre un peu plus de risque pour ce genre d’audition… mais on entend toute sa tesssiture vers la fin et y a vraiment du potentiel!

Si je puis me permettre, la musique originale d'Aaron est aussi plate que ça. Donc il n'a fait que respecter le rythme et ne trouve qu'il a géré !

What is up with many of these contestants picking songs that do not allow them to showcase as to whether or not they have the chops to hit the high notes?? I feel like I am watching performances at a karaoke dry bar.

I find it sad that many singing competitions nowadays are all about "hitting high notes". He shown great range, amazing support, sang in tune, and he did hit many high notes. Singing isn't just showing off with high notes and power.

@@sundaymorningintheattic Nowadays?? Being able to hit the high notes has always been a major criteria for the judges on these singing competitions. There are only two ways that a singer can get a chair turn, if they are unable to hit high notes......1/ Being a very good rapper; or 2/ Having an extremely emotional sob story.
