ok first this not country nor alt nor rock. this is a man singing about life. his life. one of the best songs to hit in a long time to spell out whats going on in todays industries and life. i give a salute to the man. he is real not like anything we have heard. he giving his soul to music and i believe he sings from the soul as he always did. stain is a great band and idk why he did not do this sooner. love the song

Saw Aaron perform this song in concert, acoustic the other night. AWESOME. Best concert I've ever been to. Said he hunted in the morning and did a show that night so it had been a good day. Aaron Lewis, a real musician. No band, no effects, no bullshit. A man, a microphone and a guitar.

Saw them last weekend with godsmack. let me tell ya STAIND rocked the place. Went to see godsmack but def enjoyed stained so much more. HIS VOICE IS LIKE AN ANGEL AND THIS SONG IS ONE OF THE BEST SONGS EVER MADE!!
We saw Aaron perform this live at Mohegan Sun last week, and he got a standing ovation. The place went crazy over it. What was even more awesome was that he was accompanied by his tour bus driver playing a mean steel slide guitar! He has really hit his stride.... happy to have seen him live!
This song is absolutely amazing. My brother who has listened to Rap songs that i never really enjoyed, but everyone is entitled to their taste in music. But after he heard this song it opened him up to country and seems to be leading him to a more wide and eclectic view of music. Also, "Country Boy" to Aaron Lewis is not the same as anyone else. To assume you know a definition of anything in this world that is made of majorities perception is just reflective of ones narrow mind.

guys, i seen him monday at the cleveland show, and his bus driver Ben played a few songs with him, including this one, i have no idea what the guitar is called ben was using but it made this song sound a million times better, i know it doesnt seem possible but trust me, it was flawless, hopefully when the solo album comes out Ben will be on it. Aaron and staind fucking rule!~
I respect the hell out of Aaron on anything he does including Staind records because no matter what he is singing it is always from the heart. That is something missing from 90 percent of today's music. Aaron has always been very straight forward with his lyrics telling it like it is. Like him or not, you have to respect that.
