Nobody had a problem with Denzel playing a Light skin Malcolm X , Nobody had a problem with Angela Basset playing a Light skin Rosa Parks/Tina Turner , Nobody had a problem with Chadwick boseman playing Light skin Thurgood Marshall , Nobody had a problem with Andre 3000 playing a Light skin Jimmy Hendrix & etc ( mind you all of these people are real & not a comic book character ) . I personally don't like double standards , if y'all act as us we will act as y'all .
I think considering John Stewart is fictional and not a real person, his skin tone/shade/hue is subjective. Other than being light-skinned Aaron does have principally African features with the exception of his eyes being green. I personally see it as a non-issue.
@@BlooK101 I personally don't think there's a way to say for sure, seeing as how he's fictional. Unless we know who exactly the character was based on when created (skin tone and all) then it's hard to say what shade/hue he should be, IMO.
@@BlooK101i don't agree with you. John Stewart in the DCUA is a black man with green eyes. How many actor with green eyes do you you know? I think Aaron Pierre fit very well this character
