what a decade it has been. instantly became a fan when we signed him. him and wilshere had everyone looking forward to the future. all was good until the leg break. after a long layoff, he came back. things didnt really get better. he kept underperforming but wenger always trusted him and fans start to get frustrated. then gary speed's death affected him even more. and it was wilshere's turn to suffer injuries after injuries. the whole team crumbles and just scrape through season after season. ramsey fight on through this dark period and eventually things gets better for him. he starts to become more consistent and reliable and gave us FA Cup glories. wilshere on the other hand never truly recovered. ramsey suffered from not having a proper holding mid to partner with under wenger. only now with the likes of torreira and xhaka, ramsey is able to play much more freely and is easily among our best performers this season. sad to see that ramsey-wilshere project nvr get realised. i have so much emotional attachment to these 2 lads. i know ramsey will make us proud playing for juventus.

Purely on his reaction alone he deserves respect. The man was in tears as he loves the club. You rarely see that nowadays. Sad to see him go but wish him nothing but the best. When he hopefully returns one day will get a wonderful reception for what he has given.
