yeah he's thrown 5 picks in the past 2 years, and remember only one of them, the one against Minnesota week 16, didn't hit his receiver in the hands in stride before it got popped up and picked by a defender.
Blah blah blah by today standards and how easy it is to play offense Aaron Rodgers had a average year 😂😂😂😂😂 Aaron Rodgers in decline Aaron Rodgers passing rating went from 104.1 two seasons ago to 102.9 now Aaron Rodgers 26 tds and 4 ints and 95.4 passer rating Aaron Rodgers isn't as good as he once was Ever since he lost Jordy Nelson two seasons ago his play in decline
@@tylerboswell9597 By today standards and rule changes and how they protect QB yeah Aaron Rodgers had a average season 😂 Aaron Rodgers has been in decline last two seasons Aaron Rodgers passer rating keeps going down went from 104.1 to now 102.9 Aaron Rodgers 26 tds and 4 ints and 95.4 passer rating in 16 game this season Drew Brees 27 tds and 4 ints and 116 passer rating in 11 game this season
Kumerow has great potential in spurts but his dropped balls are gut wrenching. These are only the highlights; Kumerow definitely has some low moments. Lazard, though, is a beast. Hopefully he's okay after going down last night.
He still is vintage Rodgers. What's changed is the talent at the receiver position. Rodgers had Jordy Nelson, Bubba Franks, and Greg Jennings in his days throwing 30+ TD passes. You also have to remember that Green Bay is running successfully for more TD's so there's less pressure for Rodgers to make impossible throws. I think you will see Rodgers numbers go up again once he has more weapons at the receiver position. He still has as good of an arm as ever. In the playoffs, I expect Rodgers to ball out more like he did against KC and the Raiders if the offense goes nowhere.
For a new head coach, play caller, new playbook, and average recievers. I thought he did well. We hold him to such high standards. We all use to complain to get help around him. Now that we can rely on a running game and defense, we shouldn't say he's no longer the same Aaron Rodgers. His role has changed to a game manager. The chemistry with his recievers is definitely missing minus Davante Adams. Overall I'd take our QB over any other QB in this league.
Could you imagine how hard they would have dominated if they had this defense and pass protection when they had receivers?? What was it a few years back when they were putting up 30+ points and still losing games....
We hold him to high standards because we gave him that money that we wouldn’t have given to anyone else. I just hope it doesn’t come back to bite us because I can see the aging in him already.
@@alisteroidthecheatertestos964 13:3... what the hell are people like you complaining about? we got a rookie headcoach, new playbook and undrafted receivers...best since '11. last two season 7-9 and 6-9-1... next draft we focus on ball catchers and get even stronger + used to a new playbook. BEST ROOKIE HEADCOACH SEASON IN YEARS!! At one point people like you have to question their expectations... did you expect us to go 16:0 and win the superbowl? yeah, then you ll probably be disappointed but thats not on rodgers... even if they go one and out in the playoffs this team has exceeded their expectations by a mile and I´m getting sick of all these negative comments of so called "fans".
@@alisteroidthecheatertestos964 and your aging comment is straight up arm chair headcoaching at its finest. unless you developed their playbook you simple have not the slightest clue. are you talking about missed throws? do you know the routes the receivers are supposed to run? is it rodgers throwing it wrong or the receivers running it wrong? how would you know? how about its on both? how about the fact that everyone in this team is learning a COMPLETELY new playbook and mistakes arise in the FIRST season? are you talking about less scrabling? maybe this is part of the playbook to protect a quarterback who played the last two seasons crippled because of him carrying a terrible team? so now hes 13:3 and people start complaining about him declining while they are having the best regular season since '11? do you people even listen to what you are saying?
It was an astonishing throw, no doubt. Rodgers had a throw against the Bears a few years ago that was even better IMO. Even Patrick Mahomes said it was the best throw he's ever seen.
Honestly I feel in retrospect I’ll really consider this one of my favorite regular seasons, the most stressful games, regardless of why, are often some of the most pleasant to revisit, and this season has plenty but not without a few truly great beatings that they’ve delivered.
@@beastm0de51 Yeah, not sure. He was really off, more off than I've ever personally seen him. Hey though, he made the throws later that needed to be made. Everyone has an off day, let's just hope it stops there.
jeeri stueo lol🤷🏽♂️ beats me bro. I mean the man is clearly not tryin out there cause he know how good his team around him is. He’s not asked to be Superman, he’s asked to not turn the ball over and turn up at the right times. I mean look at his numbers in the games without davante Adams, he was amazing because he knew he didn’t have anyone as receiver and he had to play great.
I gotta argue that he’s not the “greatest” only because that’s usually measured in accolades and such, but if you think about it he’s probably the best talent-wise which makes him the BOAT instead, and it’s common knowledge that boats are generally cooler than goats, as well as more likely to win a one-on-one matchup. He deserves to be referred to as the BOAT, killer nickname

I think most Packers fans were expecting Green Bay to struggle to be even a wild card in 2019... what they have done this season has been very impressive, and exceeded expectations. If Coach Matt LaFluer continues like this, the Packers could have good things developing in the future.
If this is "washed" just proves how amazing "prime" aaron Rodgers was. He still has the capability of elite Rodgers, just gotta hope he gets hot in the playoffs!
Even if they don't go to the super bowl they still did something phenomenal and amazing this year and even if they don't win the Superbowl this year I truly believe they will next year

Rodgers doesn't get enough appreciation. Yeah, he was awful today for most of the game, but he made a few great throws when he had to. And this year he's been playing with one number one receiver, a bunch of young, undrafted free agents, and a washed up Jimmie Graham. I think Rodgers could have another big year with another weapon or two.
Im sure this by week will be enough for him to get his head back in the game and for this team to heal, if the defence keeps being elite and the offence can shape up a bit, who knows

Rodgers was excellent especially when him and the offense got in rhythm and executed on every drive he really stepped up this year he was great last year as well I'm proud too see how we battled this year offense had alot of big gaps but lazard, kumerow, allison, scantling, graham and the rest of the green bay offense hit on all cylinders they're some great recievers they put up a fight whether we winning or losing that's what i love about us as a team we stick together Jones has the year i wanted him too have he shined big time this year best rb in the league i knew he'd be great since he was drafted now everybody believes me he'll shine for many years too come just watch all of you it's gonna happen I'm too excited now we gotta rest up and practice hard for the 12th it's the big day I've been waiting for the playoffs where we belong them 2 years was for rebuilding our team and that we did very good now it's time to battle and win the war let's dominate boys no slacking no excuses let's go baby!!!!!! run the table!!!!!!

Don't understand how Green Bay's brass could look at all of these high qualities plays that Rodgers made last year and say that their biggest need to fill in R1...was at QB. Rodgers deserves better.
One big thing they need to practice alot and get good at it like receivers did in the past is the scramble drill. That's almost the main reason rodgers holds the ball to long is because receivers aren't getting open.
I thought before the season we’d be 13-3 because he would go off because he’s been given an average defense.. Not Excactly how I pictured the way we’ve been winning, but somehow we are.
Random stuff The really only threat teams we beat were the Vikings twice, and a no-Mahomes Chiefs team. Other than that our wins are against a 7-9 Raiders, mediocre broncos team, disappointing cowboys team, young giants team, no image Redskins, Lions twice (should’ve lost both games tbh but somehow we squeezed through), a rookie in Kyle Allen on the panthers, and a no offense Bears team. We’ve lost to two playoff contending teams and we haven’t really faced anyone that’s crazy good. Hoping we can prove it and not be one and done’s.
It just goes to show you that most people have no idea what they're talking about they know absolutely nothing about football and they talk out of their ass there a joke

If Jimmy Graham can wake up, and rodgers looks his way more, then I think he will be an X factor in the playoffs...also looking at the game against the raiders specificity..vitale needs to be involved more in the playoffs
Great year for the Pack, they took the Halas Trophy for the division and missed going to the SB by one game. Two HOF QB's back to back is fantastic for any team, I just hope they find a third before 12 hangs it up. TITLETOWN FOREVER!
Why did Aaron have to be so damn good from 2011-2016? So now when he does just enough or simply just does his job , and if the stats aren’t tremendously insane (like the numbers he put up the 2 MVP and ‘Run the table’ years) people will say he’s washed up or having a down year. He gets scrutinized over basically nothing. How many times do you see a QB put up numbers that other QBs would dream of? In a quote on quote “down year” It’s actually laughable 😂 GO PACK GO
I think it would be much better if the Packers' radio announcers made the calls in this, but a pretty adequate show nevertheless. Sincerely from a Bears fan.
Aaron Rodgers made great throws this year, though I noticed the football wobbled on almost every pass he threw to a receiver. I imagine that's why his yards total and completion percentage are down. As the velocity of a QB's ball decreases he fails to complete certain passes between the numbers and gives up on certain plays. Rodgers already throws the football away more than any other QB in the NFL. That doesn't bode well for the future. I'm happy to see that similar to coach Belichick, Matt LeFleur put a team around an aging quarterback. If only a certain NY QB had been so fortunate.
