As a Jets fan I have a ton of respect for Rodgers. It's nice to see him talk about Zach in a good light because so many casuals expect greatness in year 1 -2 from every new young QB. Not every player can be Mahomes! GG's to the Packers!
We sat around some Jets fans Sunday ago the game. They were classy, We enjoyed some old school trash talk, after the game shared some laughs. Sunday they were obviously the better team, but leaving the stadium we all agreed it was a good experience from a home/visiting fan standpoint.
Man blocking a field goal really is such a great feeling. The fact the Jets got a FG block AND a punt block, had to have been a huge energy/momentum boost.
Look up a pic of Dan Snyder and then look at Ty. They look extremely similar. Bet you wont be able to unsee it. He should definitely do some type of skit around Lil Danny and the Commandos.
Everyone rags on Rodgers as being narcissistic. a cry baby, etc. But he comes on the show after a couple tough losses, humble, generally upbeat and very matter of fact with his perspective. Plus that little "I THOUGHT THIS WAS MERICA!!!" bit he did at the end there... How can you not love this guy !?!??!?!
He may fool you, but he dont fool me. He puts on a good act on the show, I will give him that. I guarantee you he would love nothing more to come on this show and start calling out players and telling everyone what he really thinks.

Maybe they aren't panicking, but they have a lot they need to change if they want to prevent the Vikings from running away with the division. Rodgers has looked lost playing without Adams, they keep abandoning the running game when they have 2 really good RBs, and their defense that's supposed to be really good isn't making enough plays. Those are all things that can be fixed, but the Vikings have a pretty good schedule and a 2 game lead already so if they don't fix those issues soon they aren't going to catch up

I've always heard Rogers as being uptight and diva-esqe. He's never seemed like that here. A little hesitant and taking a second to find his answer, but seems very genuine. Pat, you got a real gift getting these athletes and coaches to open up and show their genuine sides. Maybe it's because they're not speaking in soundbites and you don't edit them, but they seem very comfortable around you and you really see the person who's put in the work underneath. Thanks!

I am a huge Packers fan and I constantly get people talking smack about our QB and our team . I have to say I love how he lets the world know don't believe everything you read or hear unless it's coming out of his mouth . Rodgers needs to start trusting his receivers. The problem is Aaron keeps looking for his "Golden Egg" to throw to. This idea that receivers need to EARN Rodger's trust is Bulls--t. He needs to throw the ball to open receivers. It's their job to catch the ball or be replaced. We lost a couple of NFC championships because Rodgers kept looking for Adams and leaving wide open players like Lazard standing in the end zone doing jumping jacks, and Rodgers instead forcing the ball to Adams which fell incomplete. He needs to quit worrying about his stats and start trying to win the game.

Simplify by paying more attention to the details? It sounds like he's sort of tap dancing here. Only he knows what he meant by simplifying things and it sounds like now he doesn't want to step on toes and I totally get that. People are hanging on his every word all the time. 99.99% of people don't have to worry about every single word they say.

In the 60s and 70s, the QBs called the game and the plays. Given Rodgers understands the game so well, it would be interesting to know if he thinks he should be calling all the plays.
I love the offense, but if anything I would like a flea flicker, Green Bay special, fake punt for once, for once we blocked a punt but we haven’t had a trick play in like 5 years, I get execution matters but they can catch people off guard, and use Rodgers, Cobb, jones, Lazard that are veterans
He enjoys this show because it’s about the free pass. This guy just isn’t there enough to really get it done. Packers will move on soon, and probably do as well if not better.

He needs some vets to show leadership in the locker and to help the rook and the young bloods. Getting 2 of the 5 on the list and rotating the vets on the field with the young bloods. Let the rook in on crucial downs and let him shine. Each one had ups and downs to their game, but I think each one wants a ring and imagine a line up with 2 of these guys as well as what Green Bay already has. As a Steelers fan I wish they'd grab Alshon or Hilton, because they'd be able to shape up the young bloods there. Pickens seems to be the only one with dawg in him. Claypool needs humbling, Johnson needs to get some stick'um. So some veteran presence would be good, and the Vets get get chances with facing off on the 2nd or 3rd beat corner the other team has. Green Bay and Pittsburgh would benefit from doing this. Even Ross could be good, he's still so fast and that speed can't be taught. We'll just cover him in glue, and make his gloves out of duct tape. He's already been humbled, and it could help him get in a better situation.
Yes 3-3 records but if you watch the other 3 teams , they still resemble a football team with some fire power. I just dont think we have all the talent or aggressiveness as a team. Play calling has been very week as well. I just never thought our o line would be so weak. They were always the staple of the team. You cant fix what’s going on in Packer land during the season but they dont have enough practice time due to the NFL players union. We turn the ball over and dont take the ball away. Look at Amos and Rasoul are not playing like last year. O line is weak and slow and i have no idea about our not so special, special teams!
We have all the talent, outside of our receiving core while the rookies still develop, there’s not a more talented roster. But I definitely agree about the aggressive part we play way too soft.

I love my Packers and I love Aaron Rodgers BUT...right about now is the time to panic. This team NEEDS to be in flight or flight mode. Honestly I think when Adams left Rodgers should have retired. The Packers have been productive on offense because Rodgers was on his A game as was Davante. But Packer fans have known for years that behind Adams there is no legit #2. Lazard has been our #2 for like 3-4 years and he'd be a #3 on most teams and a #4 on a few. The Packers have basically drafted D for the last 10 years and we are seeing the results. This is a team that needs it's D to win games and Joe Barry has them underperforming. I think the looooong honeymoon phase since Brett Favre in 92' is coming to a close. I remember the Bart Starr, Forrest Gregg, Lindy Infante Packers so I'm psychologically prepared. The good news is in today's NFL no team has to be awful more than 3 years or so. Love it or hate it, salary caps and "parity" allow everyone who isn't the Lions or the Bears a chance to be good lol
The Packers will finish 11-6 and be in the playoffs. Tampa, SF, and LA are all garbage this year. The only teams that Green Bay has to worry about in the NFC are the Vikings, the Eagles, and maybe Dallas.
