This is why I love real estate, it's hard to get it wrong...just buy your 1st investment property and then the rest will follow if you learn more! As long as you have a regular income!

Thank Guys for the Presentation , it was interesting to listen to how Aaron started off buying properties . I got 3 properties at Baldivis, WA and Iam just gone hold on to it long term and sell when it’s right time👍

I just bought a dual occupancy in baldivis wa. House and land. I pray the build doesn't take longer than a year. 375sqm land and 279sq house. 700k. All my properties will be long term hold. Hopefully Perth does what pk says it will in 20 years.

Bad investment... small land, pk teaches not to buy anything below 500sqm generally...

Ahh why did you do that? Wishing you the best. Property selection is important. But we never bought in baldivis either really.. But don’t worry, property is very forgiving as Aaron also mentioned in the interview

Relax. $200k for the land $500k for the build, probably in the ball park.

Thanks pk, I don't really have the choice now. The land (217k) settles on the 4th January then I'm hopefully it's built within a year. If all things remain constant perhaps I can sell it for the amount I paid. If not there is a 3 year rental guarantee which if true may help. If Perth does what I'm hoping it will I may not lose out. @@AusPropertyMasteryWithPK

@@greenchutneyman rental guarantee is red flags mate.. no need to guarantee rent if it’s a solid deal. Maybe in the new year consider your options. Happy new year!

Property spruikers come & go, early 2000s they all just want to get people pay $15,000 for rubbish 'courses' but get nothing in return, eg. 180 properties in 18 months ??!! Most still around & they still blow the same trumpet. I am out of the game, but if I have to learn from someone more experienced it'll probably be you.
