Thorsen should become a series regular from season 5 if this show get renewed.

When we first met Harper, she espoused that there were two kinds of cop: Warrior and Guardian. She's a warrior and Nolan is obviously a Guardian ("Nolan's more Guardian than anyone I have ever met.") Thorsen proves that there is at least a third - A Crusader - One who campaigns vigorously for political or social change. Thorsen is a Crusader for Justice.

But now teens are stealing police choppers and a sarge with a detective are storming and grappling dug-in shooters while SWAT looks pretty downstairs flagging hostages...
