You don't have to get out of the car if you are not under arrest. You do not have to go and sit in the back of their police car. They can talk through the window! If they say you are under arrest and read your rights, then you do have to get out. Otherwise the Police could start smashing the car up!

The police officer was abusing his powers! No people skills what so ever! Re train this civil servant.. 2nd officer conducted him self in a respectable manner.
