This is a traditional melody with Danish lyrics written by a guy named Mogens Lorentzen, sung in Norwegian. This is possible because written Norwegian is very much influenced by Danish written language, but it would sound very different if sung with Danish pronunciation. Actually, I was wrong, lyrics are Danish, but pronunciation is Norwegian.

perzillebalzm, Sorry, but you are wrong. This was based on Norwegian folklore during a period norway and denmark was one country, but it was still norwegian. Same as Ludvig Holberg was Norwegian

If the lyrics were written in Danish, by a Danish writer, I think it is pretty obvious what it is.
