It becomes bigger than Maker. Maker Token has 7 times more value (1.355 USD per Token in 21.01.2021). It is likely to see AAVE‘s Token with 10x more value next year same time. Aavee is cool and grows fast and the whole Defi gonna grow insanely fast this year.

Two major questions on how this works. Question one: collateralized loan. If a burrower has to put in 150% of their collateral to borrow in the first place, why would they? They're paying interest and losing out interest/investment income on the 50% they don't need. Question two: uncollateralized loans. I get that the "unwinding" of the transaction benefits the lender. But what about the tokens after they're lent AND spent? In other words, lets say I burrow 100 AAVE. I spend them all something that I destroy (i.e. food, lobster, caviar, etc.). The borrower can't pay back, so the token transaction is unwound to protect the burrower. But what about all of the merchants that received the AAVE coins? What protects them?

Nice video, really good explanation. Can you see how HEX and AAVE will be able to benefit from each other, in HEX you stake for several years, but can you use AAVE to get a loan, against your HEX stakes?

I wish I hadn't sold this when I'd gotten it for $1.60 ( $0.16 before the 100:1 exchange). I wound up buying it back at more like $90. It was years in between though, with nothing happening. I'm glad they pivoted.

AAVE migrates to Cardano === all problems solved Seriously! It will happen! As with most DeFi projects - once the Smart Contracts (Goguen era) are rolled out. Especially that the ERC-20 converter is just around the corner. High security/stability of Cardano and fees savings will be so immense incentive that these protocols will not hesitate. Those that migrate first will attract an army of retail. Others fearing of having been left behind will migrate as well. Money speaks loudest. Always.

Can you do a video about WISE, please? WISE is like a leveraged long on ETH. WISE can go up exponentially vs ETH, yet still gets the ETH gains. Unlike other leverage plays, you’d only lose 1/2 your ETH if WISE flops. Never heard of ETH-backed cryptos before? That’s cause we invented it!

A doubt: If you are supplying Ethereum against DAE as collateral which is larger in value than DAE borrowed, why borrow in the first place? you can just sell your eth tokens to get the funding

I hope it's cool if I share some info about a project here, called NiftyGotchi. They've got some collabs in the works with Matic, MEME and some other tokens, just thought I'd share it before they see some heavy action. Niftygotchi is a game revolving around 3 main currencies. TME, TMC and TAMAG. First is the egg currency (TME.) You can choose to hatch (burn) your TME eggs, and you will recieve a Gotchi NFT in return (TAMAG.) You can send your TAMAG to work (staking) where they will earn TamaCoins (TMC) for cool clothes and accessories, which may help their staking efficiency. With future updates, you can give your TAMAGS their own customized homes and pets. Updates will also bring a battling/revival system for the TAMAGS, the ability to improve their stats, and more accessories and potions to buy with TMC.
