No, the implant is equitable to any processor of the same company. The internal part stays inside while the external part get upgraded.

Is the new processor a body worn or just over the ear unit? Does it work with the clarion processor?

@@jimvonfeldt1855the over body processor is over 20 years old, doesn’t work anymore. You will need to upgrade a new sound processor for better and clear sounds.
