this is a new 'then now' video i made from a small castle in belgium (wondelgem) the property will become a new project to build apartments, some parts of the old garden will be recreated to a park and the castle itself will be renovated.
So happy to hear this beautiful old house will be renovated. For the life of me, I will never understand how anyone can or could let a spectacular, one of kind, Gothic Victorian building like this just crumble back into the earth or vandalize it to the point that it's not even repairable. At least this building has a chance at a new life. Imagine all the history this building has seen over it's 'lifetime'. Thank you for documenting this beautiful old home as it is now and showing us what it looked like in it's original splendour too!
It is not nice to know there were people living in this house till a couple of years ago when the general condition was allowed to become just really too much to deal with.
