The blue machine at 5:08 is a 35mm projection console. It houses a power supply on the bottom, and a projection lamp in the top. A 35mm projector (for theatrical exhibition) would be, or have been mounted in the front of the blue unit. Equipment made by Christie.

All those plates in that pile. wow. More dishes in that cupboard too. A chapel maybe. Maybe some of the patients were religious. Beds with their spreads still on them. Its amazing that the building decae so fast, but I do understand. Too bad that the dressers can't be saved, but probably they are not good wood in the first place. Its amazing how you find these places. Good job JP. Love your finds MJ

In the top cabinet drawer you opened in doctor’s office is modern phlebotomy equipment that came into use in the 1990s. The cabinet looks from the 1950’s. (RN for over 30 yrs)

The amazing thing about this property is that it had many owners that wanted to try to fix the place up and keep it going no matter what their ideals was. Its a big place with a lot of items still left in and all the dishes man you can open your restaurant its there. Thanks again love your videos
Thanks for videoing the medical equipment. Those items are collector items and would be sought after by museum curators, doctors that like to collect antique medical equipment, antique dealers and private individuals that are into having that kind of thing for whatever reasons. King Henry VIII had a special chair made with stirrups of a sort for making ......... (I won't make fun of people who may of needed help in that department). I know a little about the stuff since an old relative was a gynecologist. The cabinets and exam table may of been made by Hamilton and it probably dates back to the 1940's. The exam table is especially rare because of its separate headrest. Even if the equipment was made in the 1950's or by another manufacturer, it is all still pretty valuable because of it's museum quality of condition. The last time I had seen a 1940's to 50's white exam table with detachable stirrups still being used by a private doctor was around 1967. You basically got to visit a museum for free when you saw those items. Like, you, I have always left things like I found them when I have done exploring, but somebodyelse may latch on to those items if they find them. I hope the current owner secures them somehow and finds a good place for them where they can be viewed for historical reasons. I have seen stuff like this outfitted with supplies from the same period and it is a fastenating thing to see. If that lamp would of had a bulb, it would of been worth about $375. But, all things are only worth what someone will pay for them. Take care! I would like to support you in the future when I can afford it.
You were in the theater around 4:08 you can see the screen and when you pan to the other side you can see the holes for the projector - The Christie illuminator must have been part of the projector. Make sense why there would be a popcorn machine right before you entered the theater. I'll bet that was a multi purpose room.
Wow, the concept of having a medical clinic/office at a Hotel is something I never knew of. I guess it would make sense however, if the Hotel wasn't close to medical facilities.

I live in Pittsburgh. Allegheny cemetery doesn't have structures to explore but it's the 3rd largest cemetery in the world, second largest in America. The history is very old and is one of the first cemeteries where mixed races were buried. I've spent many hours there and even if you don't feature Allegheny cemetery in a video if you come to Pittsburgh you MUST go there. It's absolutely unlike anywhere else you'll ever go. I once found a dug out hillside in the woods there dug out of rock where seats were carved into the rock where some kind of ceremonies were held at some point in a dug out of rock "stage". Insane.

When I saw the word 'Catskills' I asked myself if I saw this episode already, actually I was reading Rodney Dangerfield's wiki a few hours ago, and this is what it said: "In the early 1960s, he started down what would be a long road toward rehabilitating his career as an entertainer. This was a great video. My favorite thing was the mint green Waterbury furnace! I wish someone would salvage those dressers before they fall through the floor too.
The stirrups in the medical room creeped me out. If this had been a medical facility, I could understand it, but being it was both an inn and rehab center, I just don't see why they would have need of them.

Wow, thats a great find All of those things still their that was left Love the medicine cabinet and , omg, The dressers. They can be easily restored and give them.to people that are in need. Wow so so much of that stuff can be reused. Those medical cabinets are made of metal and can be sand blasted then repainted. And all that glass. What a find !!! How would someone get permission to get some of that stuff anyway? I'm very interested in finding out how. Not necessarily this place but any place????? If anyone can tell me I'd be very thankful.
Wow... just happened upon your channel today... the refrigerator/cooler doors shown right after the 2 minute mark of your video says Jameson, Hagerstown, MD. That’s near me and they are still in business... bet they would love to see those as part of their history. Enjoying your finds and can’t wait to see more!
Did anyone else notice at 14:46 the master lock 🔒 on what was the outside of the “motel” room door? I guess when it was a rehab they literally locked patients up.
All that stainless steel can and should be recycled at some restaurant for sure. That stuff is very pricey when you are in the food business. That is cash money right there. With the way things are nowadays folks buy reclaimed items when building there homes and businesses . A friend of mine built himself a fantastic tiny home with 100% reclaimed items. Ended up costing a total of 22 k instead of 80or 90 k. It's totally worth it and won't leave a huge footprint either. It's the smarter and cheaper way to build.
It was a huge place ,would have been nice in its time,it’s been taken back by nature now ..I cannot understand why they leave buildings to get like this and be unused for so long..Great video guys though 😀
The disco would have been in the theater room because of the open space and wooden floor, they would fold up those folding chairs and move the tables to the side.
