Abandoned country church in Illinois 

I love how you can see those things. Every time I'm in a place like this, I wonder what history happened. How devoted people would spend part of thier Sundays there. What they talked about, and what memories were shared. Very serene in a way just to live in thier shoes for a moment. Thanks Colleen, it's always great to hear from you.

I completely agree. I never know what to expect when entering a place, and sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised.

Thanks a ton Irene, I hope everything is going good for you. I love basements, but yeah, a ton of them I get to are like this. It's a bummer but like you said, you kinda gotta expect it sometimes. I got sure wasn't expecting the murals, so that was a neat treat lol.

Yeah that's really cool, I like them also. You've probably noticed in a few videos that I come across a lot of old books. Really hope they go to a good home instead of just all being thrown away.

I always love seeing a piano in a place, and I always try to see if they are working. I've come across dozens, and maybe one or two were slightly in tune. Just imagine what songs were played on them when the places was operational. So cool.

LOL yes, I tend to find all the damn flooded basements. Which sucks because I love looking through them. Maybe I'll just start bringing my taller boots and just deal with it. Didn't get too much info on this one so I'm really not sure what's going to happen with it.
