The original owner of this house had a LEGAL licence to grow marijuana but when he decided to sell the house 2 Real Estate agents decided to use the equipment that was there to grow ILLEGALLY and then the house caught fire because of stealing electricity the wrong way and police busted them.
+Je Suis Hulk This is a truly horrible story, it's really not surprising that realtors/estate agents are seen as being the absolute scum of the earth...

If someone bought that house and put some money into it, that house would be crazy. It’s not in horrible shape. Someone in the comments said it got torn down but idk... if I had the $$ I would pay someone to fix it up 💀😂
Satan knows where everything is at and he's willing to make deals with beautiful young females...he's give you everything that little heart desires except for happiness and love
ellie collins I went back to get pictures without freezing my ass off like in January and to get better pictures and its levelled haha just the pool remains.
That's what I would most like to know. I'd love to know why all their toys were abandoned, looked like some really nice things that you would miss if you were a kid. I'd love to know what they were told as to why they had to leave all their toys behind. They had the nice swingset and pool out back, too. They must have a lot of memories from there. It makes me wonder if maybe they ended up in foster care or something, that they weren't allowed to take their things with them.
_HonestManChild_ its gonna smell like weed and cost a bit to renovate, only positive is that it would be cheap to buy, resell value would be shit because of the whole illegal weed op
Hayley V Its a negative for people who don't like how weed smells, and for people who want to raise a family which is the majority of consumers, people who love the smell of weed most likely arent rich... and yeah it will go away but every time someone goes to check that house the real estate agent has to say that it was a grow op at one point and that drives people away.
What a waste of a beautiful home it should not be left in that condition it should have been sold and new owners enjoying it's beauty and surroundings.
I went to this place twice last year... after this video was uploaded tons of people started to go and it got completely trashed. It was demolished in March 2017, most likely due to the amount of kids who started going and complaints from neighbours. Sad to see such a tragic end to this place
While it's fascinating to watch the abandoned videos on RU-vid, in a way I hate to see this kind of thing, because it makes other people want to jump on the bandwagon and do it. So many of these places are truly beautiful homes that should be fixed up, but it discourages that sort of thing because it makes people afraid of the place. If I had been someone thinking about buying that place and fixing it up, my chief concern would be wondering what type of people (maybe gangs) had been in there and knew the whole layout of the place like the back of their hand. With home invasions going on nowadays, you don't want somebody knowing all the vulnerable areas, and a house like that lets people know you have money. I would especially be afraid to be outside in the pool. What if somebody came around, not knowing there were new owners. That's what would scare me about buying a home that's been flipped, too. You don't know what kind of stuff was going on or who was hanging around there, before they go in and white wash it. I saw one show about flippers, where a house had really creepy satanic type messages written all over the walls, before they covered it up. These folks who go explore these places think they're doing nothing wrong if the place is open and they do no damage, but just the fact that kind of thing was going on in a place, is a deterrent to future buyers who would fix it up. As soon as a place starts having these explorers going in, it's going to be hard to sell from that point on. It gets stigmatized.
I live 15 minutes down the street, watched them build it in 1995. It was put up for sale in 2013 after a legal grow up was in it. Two real estate agents took it over and had an illegal grow up in it and because of bad electrical it had a small fire in early 2015. It's being broken into, vandalized and people are stealing stuff from it because so many videos and posts on it. Before you know it it will be burnt down or something because over 3 million people have Seen videos of it where idiots post the address, it's private property, no ones business to be on the property at any time!!!, police arrested a group of people that broke into it on Sunday. The people that live across the street from it are getting sick of people parking out front of it to trespas and take photos and video of it the people that live across the street from it (I am very good Friends with) PRIVATE PROPERTY NO TRESPASSING ITS BEEN POSTED AT THE END OF THE DRIVEWAY MANY TIMES!!!!
I agree. It would've been somewhat acceptable if people only made a tour and left, but vandalizing and stealing stuff, destroying what's left of it is fucked up. Fucking assholes. I saw a comment claiming that the house is now government property, is that true?
I know where this house is. I used to live not to far from it. My parents wanted to buy the house. The person that originally built this house lost a ton of money trying to build it for their family. When they lost a lot of money, they had their house for sale for a few years. At the time, my parents were looking to buy it, our agent was telling us what had happened to the house and the builder/first owner. My parents ended not wanting to buy it because of the location. Then another year or two went by and no one bought the house. Then one day, my parents and I drove by and noticed that someone had bought it. The family that lived in the house looked like they were hella rich. Now looking at the house, it seems really sad that it was abandoned. The whole house seemed to be kept original. The clam bathtub was kept there by the builder, not to far from the stair case (on the main floor) there was a beautiful painting that had musical notes and all that stuff on it. I do not remember exactly what town it is in, but it is about 2 hours north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
@@stephu3602 it just so happened that I drove by the exact location 2-3 weeks ago (and if my memory serves me well, someone in the video (or it could be in someone else’s video on this house) mentioned that it was going to be demolished). This particular house is not there anymore, and now there is a new house being constructed there. The new house is more modern then the house that was once there.
RavenLynae search up 14740 Keele St King and the video of the whole house is there when they were trying to sell it ive been there recently it is completely trashed and demolished kind of sad actually go watch the vid!!!!!
Joel Kupiainen me too... if it was me I would literally look into taking that shit over and making it mine Bc it's so pretty and has so much potential... and I would renovate it but not majorly Bc even though it's damaged I would just use cheaper shit to fix it lol
you had anxiety because he never turned a tap off that was not even on because there was no running water to make it be on ... WTF dude calm down if that gives you anxiety how do you even go out of your house on your own?.... you absolute moron!!! Don't lie you never got anxiety you just noticed he turned the tap and thought oh i'll get few likes for this comment and i will look like a genius when actually you have just made yourself look a right dick. You absolute fucking clown (Anxiety yeah ok) Hahahaha. TWAT!!
1987djm yo, Calm down. What do you know about how he feels, like I get it you might have anxiety too but there is no law against telling people how he feels. If he got anxiety by watching that then let it be, hating on other is just a waste of time. I know that it might be annoying to you but bro just keep scrolling don’t go on here and think that it’s okay to be mean to people. Frankly right now you’re the only dick here
@@kemit42 no he said it because hes seen others write it for Likes its like people writing LOL and they are not even laughing when they write it ....i can 99% say he never had anxiety he just did not like it and thought he would be cool by writing this bs
That is just what dudes with huge thick cocks do.. it's why they get the girls too...girls like big thick cocks i am told.. I didn't care for it though....it made my butt hurt and bleed
Sometimes you mistake Vidid memories with dreams if you've honestly seen that house before decide if that's a dream or a memory cause that would be a sign
Maybe you lived there in a past life. Form ages 3-6 its common to remember past life memories but now that ur older you think it’s a dream you should get past life regression hypnosis from a professional to confirm it
Maybe, you were one of the kids that lived there and you were taken from your family because they illegally grew drugs. Because I barely remember most of my childhood. So who knows. 😂😂lol jk but could be real tho.
Kvng Jo | 2k do you know anything about why there is no real estate agent trying to sell the house or why someone isn't auctioning it off? Yeah the house was burned but it's still extremely beautiful and still well put together. And it can be totally fixed if you use good alternatives to renovate.
x Krͥisͣpͫy he said YEARS. As in plural. Meaning it could have been 10 years ago... Whether he comment it 3 days ago or 2 hours ago, he still built the sauna thing yearS ago (if he really did)
I remember seeing this video 4 yrs ago and it still haunts me. I still know hardly anything abt this case, yet my heart aches for those children. Imagine having such a beautiful home and then having it all taken away and they were prolly separated from their parents :/
they lose homes all the time those kids were probably used to it . being a drug dealer is hardly a steady income , you make a lot of money and could lose all of it and be broke for years and then get the money all back . drug dealers lose properties all the time it’s pretty normal .
Canucks747 how would u know,No one would care or look if a certain thing was took it's abandoned. You wouldn't find the exact person who took from there...
Canucks747 nah it's good I saw your other comment about it,It's further down the comment section,But even if the police weren't there it would be impossible to find the people who stole the stuff.
It wouldn't be impossible. the police could find traces, witnesses could see them leaving the property with things, or they could search for similar items being sold around the area to catch the suspects. Although, seeing as technically nobody owns them anymore, the police probably won't go to such lengths to find the stuff.
PaiNExoTiC She might not be right by any means, but no need to be a condescending jackass about it. Either enlighten her so she learns something, or shut up. No wonder humanity isn't getting far, too much arrogance, not enough unity.
He said at the beginning that the estate agents used the existing grow set up to illegally grow and sell weed, so nobody actually moved in after the cancer patient died. Hence the toys, car and stuff still there (no doubt it'll be looted and destroyed now that this video's been uploaded).
Holy shit, guys. Literally everything the guy said in this video is a lie. He's uneducated, the people he explored with didn't fact-check anything and everyone who's done even the slightest amount of research about this house knows everything said in this video (and subsequent comments) is a LIE. There were NO cancer patients living here, there was NO drug dealers living here, there were NO illegal growing operations held here and there was definitely no goddamn drug bust. You don't think that kinda shit would've made the news? Seriously.
Why in the world doesn't someone buy it? Amazing and BEAUTIFUL. How is it possible that it is allowed to go to waste? Someone BUY THIS HOME and take care of it, so much work went into creating it.
nightmare foxy the pirate fox that's what I'm saying in reply to dudes comment saying that a grow op ruins the house. A meth lab does that not weed growing
Elvis Ramos omg ikr it was so funny but then i began getting pissed that it kept replaying and Continue to see my smok rant lol replaying but the other one i hate is that the one about Pixel google phone it just all of a sudden keeps freezing even if you have a good internet like bruh do u not want us to watch youtube?
The 9000 SqFt mansion situated on 5 acres of land at 14740 Keele St in King City, ON was custom built in 1995 for British businessman George Fejer. Fejer moved to Canada in the 90’s and founded a business selling kit-car parts titled “Canadian All-Terrain Vehicle Manufacturing Co.” The company had several non-compliance issues and was dissolved in 2004. The business was co-owned by his son Robert Fejer who also lived in the residence but later moved back to the UK to start a new business venture, becoming the first developer of an android-based live streaming dash cam system. In 2008 [Name Redacted], the founder of a moving company bought the home and lived in it with his 4 children, 3 sons and 1 daughter between the ages of 8 - 17.
The 6 bathroom, 5 bedroom house sold for approx. $1,700,000 in late 2012 to a Real Estate Investor. The investor never took residence in the home, instead obtaining a license to grow medical marijuana there. This caused a fair bit of concern with neighbors who complained about the dangers of growing marijuana inside a home (fires, smell, etc.). A neighboring community had a public meeting to discuss mitigating the exposure of marijuana to children on Wednesday February 11th 2015. In the early morning hours of Thursday February 12th 2015, just a few hours after the public meeting a fire in the foyer of the home was reported to local authorities. The cause of the fire was never publicly released, although it is suspected to be an electrical fire. No charges were laid and the property was abandoned. That is all that is known about the home for sure. I suspect if the fire was caused by the electric system, the owner would’ve realized the property was no longer viable as a marijuana growing facility and that would explain why the smoke damage was never fixed and the house was no longer cared for. This would also make obtaining insurance for the house very hard and likely not worth it to the owner.
It's a shame it had to get out to the community that marijuana was being grown here, because it sounds like they were very against it. I find it very ironic that the fire took place within a few hours of the meeting. It sounds like it was probably arson and they just couldn't prove it enough to charge anybody with it. Somebody was probably angered over some of the concerns that were brought up at the meeting and decided to try and run them out of there. That's a pretty threatening message from the community. The owner could have upgraded the electrical system to handle the load, but they were probably afraid it would happen again, since somebody got away with it the first time. Whoever did it was probably hoping it would convince authorities that there was a legitimate concern of fires, and would take their med marijuana license from them. Most of the neighbors concerns probably didn't amount to much in reality, was probably just a bunch of folks who hate marijuana users and didn't want that in the neighborhood, so it's a shame they even had to know about it. Even if people could smell it from outside, it's unlikely anybody would get high off it. It's not too hard to imagine that they would have trouble selling the place after that. That kind of thing scares people. It could have even been a rival grower or local drug dealers that found out about it, due to the meeting taking place. I have read the background you mentioned, but that still leaves a lot of unanswered questions. What I would most like to know, is why did the owner who had children move out and leave all their things behind? Even if a bank is foreclosing, you usually have time to get your things out. That's another thing that can make it hard to sell a home. The new owner is stuck getting rid of it, before they can move in, and it gives the place a creepy feel, especially when children's toys are left behind. You're really suspicious as to what was going on, that's definitely not normal. You wonder if they just had so much money, they didn't want to be bothered to pack the stuff up, instead buy new ones, but that would be strange. They could have hired professional packers. To me, that's where the mystery starts with this place, with that owner. There's something not being told there. I was thinking of buying a home one time, where the former owners belonging were left behind. They were an elderly couple who were being moved to some type of care facility where they couldn't take much, so nothing scary there, but it doesn't do much for helping the home feel like yours when you have to remove somebody else's belongings first. The fact that the real estate investor didn't remove that stuff after he took over, on top of the fact there was fire damage, probably hurt him if he tried to sell it. It added to the feeling that some strange things took place there. I just hate that it was demolished because it was such unusual architecture, that you don't see just anywhere. I wish people would have more respect for homes like that. I would love to know who the architect or designer was for it.
Abandoned Canada that's terrible, why do people feel the need to take this stuff it's not necessary they really need to remodel this house, it's such a shame it's going to waste 😢
Adorei.
Dandy RTS Gaming if someone could afford to fix that they'd probably rather buy a new one then dealing with renovations and getting animals like mice out of the house
+lion playz Not really, it could well be that a firefighter put his hand there whilst attending to the fire or a police officer did after the fire was out and they were investigating. The black stuff on the walls is soot from the fire, electrical fires tend to leave a lot of soot from the plastic in the cables burning...
The guy who owned the house before was a legally licensed cannabis producer like myself. We're not damn drug dealers. We're organic medicine cultivators. We're here to help people.
2:27-2:28 there’s a leg moving behind that orange-ish copper thing(idk how to explain it) if you look close enough you can see it. Idk if it’s someone else or if they know them. But ya
