Abandoned Gosford Waterfront Restaurant 

The former Iguana Joe's site in Gosford, also known as the Coast Bar and Restaurant, has been vacant for several years. It gained national headlines in 2008 when Federal Parliamentarian
Belinda Neal took her staff there for a party. A seating dispute arose between her and the Iguana staff. Her husband, former New South Wales Minister of Education John Della Bosca, was also involved.
The couple was acquitted of any wrongdoing, but the case had lasting political consequences.
With furniture in place, and a seemingly well stocked bar, it looks like doors could open and the bar start working right away. A Mary Celeste of restaurants.
