Hey house lovers and explorers!
This weeks video I take you through a 1915 craftsman style bungalow that is pretty much all still in it`s original condition all while decaying from neglect.
Hidden in the overgrowth of it`s former gardens this old gem is a very unique and quirky example of the Arts and Crafts movement that influenced federation era architecture here in Adelaide.
Terracotta and ornate chimney`s/leadlight/stucco rendering and an inventive floor plan stand out to me as more than just your standard bungalow.
This old girl unfortunately has not received the tender love and care required to stave off decay and foundation issues.............this seems to have lead to a date with the wrecking crew.....
