Abandoned infinity Dealership | what I found will shock you!! 

Hi I am from New York City but I live in Connecticut and I use to sell and manage a Large Dealership in Connecticut and that round key that you found in that draw was part of a key board release system each salesman and sales manager had a key and if you wanted a key off the board your key peg would have your name and when you remove the key to the car you wanted to demo the hole that the key would have your peg in the hole so that they know who has the keys to the car they are trying to move or sell . I knew to your channel and I subscribed !!!!!!!

Hello from Ireland. Enjoying your videos as exploration but also to see what buildings in the US look like. This one was cool as a contrast to the old abandoned houses etc that you normally visit. I was struck by the minimalism of modern design compared to places 20 or 30 years ago. It's more sleek and simple now, less character and colour.

It is amazing to me what people look at as valuable. How people choose what to take. There are so many items you would think they would keep up with and make sure to stay with the office furniture as they are moving. Or as a last resort would think someone would go through picking up the smaller items putting them in a box or a tote. I have seen a lot of the younger generation that do not place any value on items that are not theirs, definitely not all but seems worse as the time goes on. People in general loose site of the big picture and don’t think long term of how it effects the bottom line of cost by just throwing the stuff away or leaving it. The employer has to replenish the stock of items, then it does effect the employees pay in the long term. I understand the company may still own these place in some circumstances. However, batteries in key fobs could be used, if they still have a charge, items like batteries in the fobs may not work later. You can use the external cases. If the wanted to could put those for sale on eBay. People break their cases and just need a replacement are happy to have the new to them cases. Them you have All the different Electrical items, the chairs just laying around, and so on. There is an endless supply and endless uses of the articles that are still very useful and valuable. I see a place like that with all of items just laying around for the picking as gold. Thanks for the video Eric

Central Alabama here a little town called Deatsville, AL. Some people know part of the town as Holtville or Slapout. The items that are brand new still in the box are great. A good many items can be found online that are sold as “New, Old Stock.” Wheel balancing machines and the tire changers are well over $10k new each. The cabinet’s in the shop area would be cool to have at home for tools. Those are crazy expensive to replace. As far as the area in the main showroom where the ceiling is much lower, I have seen places do that to give separation of the area. Usually done where you have a lot of extra lighting. It gives the mind set of a separate room without walls, so as to draw people’s attention of where to go. Even if there is nothing above, considered as usable area, architectural firms faraway in the plans to use those as attics spaces for water lines, water heaters, ac ducts and return air, power wire, telephone wire, etc..
