Abandoned Mansion NSW 

Thought I clicked on a video for abandoned Australia mansion, heard something like an Alabama accent, proceeded to think I was on the wrong video I til I searched the locales. 😂. Good video bud!

Sometimes it's hard to figure out what happened to the occupants. But when the owner runs out of money halfway through the build, it's pretty obvious.

I used to live in this suburb. Pretty sure the owner took a big hit mid build during the 2008 global financial crisis. Nice to see an American come out all this way to explore it.

The problem with exploring anywhere - particularly in Australia or parts of the states....is your bound to bump into a nice animal that’s made itself at home and you unexpectedly happen to walk straight in its path or interrupt its nesting area or environment as I have learnt in my travels......big spiders and crawlers don’t creep me out.......it’s not until you run into a brown or any big snake you realise you need to be cautious and not just go in there head on.....take precaution and measurements to ensure you are safe....buildings have been known to fall down or debris as well can kill so be careful those who have an interest in this kinda thing.....best places are abandoned spooky hospitals or buildings.....don’t take too long to jump into it either as a lot of these buildings eventually get taken down or sold off.......good hunting and safe exploring ❤️🔥❤️🔥

Gday from NSW yes kinda on the border of Kiama and Shell Harbour that house is in Dunmore, the house.next door is Dunmore house it is apparently haunted i guess the closest train station is Minnamurra. I can assume the The builder went bust on this one. Good find.

Trespass is bloody trespass and it’s illegal. I live near Kiama and there is nothing worse than idiot tourists from Sydney wandering on to property they don’t own and have not got permission to access

this house sold in 2019 for $990,000 - bargain! It sold before that in 2015 for $1,452,000

Crikey you are struggling with pronouncing the place names- minamurra is as it sounds (min as in tin and Murra as in burrow without the ow). Kiama is ki as in sky and ama as in arma. Pretty straight forward
