Thanks for watching! In next weeks video we buy the CHEAPEST mower and trimmer we can get our hands on and see if it they will cut an overgrown yard! So make sure you subscribe to see that one!
Looks like it was a house for sale and someone just stole the For Sale sign, the keys and that black thing in the kitchen are what realtors put on the doors for open houses, at least here in Canada.
This yard was once lovingly planted and tended by somebody. Too bad it fell into disarray. But you did a marvellous job of bringing some of its beauty back to life! Love your videos!
You unearthed a truly secret garden. This is a beautiful yard that someone once took great pride in, (by looking at the variety and the fact the grass is lush and weed free). The plantings are also a sign of someone picking and choosing what they loved the most. Too bad the place is abandoned. It looks like it needs a good cleaning and painting on the inside. Clean up the flower beds and you have a cozy retreat of quiet beauty. Ahhh......the potential is begging to be exposed further. Good job. Oh yea....that brick archway needs a custom ornate wrought iron gate.
Oh goodness! That garden would have once been someone's pride and joy! Hopefully those plants get to stay and whoever owns or will own that place will get it back into shape.
Gosh, what a lovely garden. I would buy that house, just for the garden alone, and I'm an avid gardener. You did a fantastic job bringing it back to life so we could all enjoy the beauty of somebody's hard work, both you and the original gardener. Let's hope that house falls into loving hands.
What a beautiful garden. Yes it’s very English though generally we don’t have hard edging around every bed and tree in a lawn. It’s was clearly a much loved garden and it’s so good that you have given it a helping hand until the next owner takes it on.
Tim you are one brave man going into all the high grasses like you do. If it was me I would’ve never stepped into the grass. I have a fear of snakes. I commend you for doing to make the community a better place.
Man, if I lived there I’d buy that place up date the house and have you bring the yard back and keep it that way! But since I live in Terre Haute, Indiana, USA I don’t think it will happen. But we can always dream. Thanks for taking us with you on this adventure! 👍🏻❤️
Fun seeing someones beloved garden picked up. Genuine Landscape Archeology job! I think you may be admiring guava plants... Lots of interesting plants.
You’ve done yourself proud again. It is very typical of an English garden, well, the better neighborhood ones that I have seen anyway. Well done. Love and blessings from the UK xx
Wow. From a jungle to an amazing and surprising reveal. This yard will be perfect for someone who loves gardening. Tim you are a gem. Can't wait to see your next video.
I picture the same realtor with a Cheshire grin on her face because she got one of the best, if not the best lawn transformation specialists around. Like she just fell in it and came up smelling like roses. Great job Tim! 🤗🤗🤗~Becka
@ 6:22 the plant you said is "pretty" is Pride of Madeira (Echium candicans). It is an invasive, drought-tolerant plant that attracts bees. It is a popular ornamental plant in lots of places but is invasive in Australia, New Zealand, and California (US). Has pretty blue flowers and red stamens when blooming.
You did an awesome job, love watching people transforming yards, that’s a lot to cut and trimming, the cutting with a push mower in all that grass makes for a workout, again awesome job
Nice one! I think the "olive" is a feijoa aka pineapple guava. The plant with the purple flower spikes is a Pride of Madeira and I suspect the one you are looking at early on is a white-flowering version. Pretty! He/she had a little bit of everything in there, love it.
I used to work for a stager and I’m a clean freak in that I’d love a go at the inside! A jewel in the hiding in there, as well. Someone’s pride and joy, once upon a time. Im a Master Gardener, too, but tall grass and critters: nope: leave that to you! 😎
Beautiful job and so much work! As an avid gardener myself I recognize how much it will take the new homeowner to set all of the flowerbeds and landscaping to an acceptable condition. Each person has their own ideas and personal style of landscaping. I would have loved to have seen this yard when it was taken care of.
There were 2 houses not too far away from our house, their front yards were amazingly looked after with different colours of flowers and plants; then few years ago, they were sold. One house's new owner had totally paved the front yard area, I was so sad whenever we drove pass that house; the other house's new owner kept the plants for about a year and then most of them were removed 💔
I’m picturing a realtor who had to run back to the office to pick up a lockbox and returns intending to start calling lawn guys, only to encounter a freshly mowed yard, with you and Nicole already gone. “What the heck? I could have sworn this was scary long grass…”
You showed up on my main page and have started to watch you. Gosh you did a great job on this back yard. To bad the inside of the house needs a lot of work. Thanks from the USA.
The folks that lived here may not have been indoor decor people but you can tell that, that was once a well cared for yard with some beautiful well established fruit, wonderful to see it brought back to what would have been its former glory
What a beautiful backyard 😁🤗 our first house we bought, I didn’t even look at the house..we bought it because of the yard..the realtor was shocked when I said we’re buying it..she said, you haven’t seen the inside..I said, we can fix anything in the house we don’t like…🤗😁👍🏻
Watching your older videos. I hope someone bought this house and loved to garden. It’s so big and the plants and trees so healthy. Loved it - you did a fabulous job.
Hello Nicole and Tim...miss not seeing your videos lately...always scanning youtube looking for you and enjoying what you bring for us to view...Stay Safe my Friends...Way Too Go With The Speed-Feed Head!!!!!
Tim love what you are doing making it looks good for the neighbour hood you are a great guy, doing that secret garden, N.Y apt. I don't have a yard but love to see your work
I image this was a beautiful garden at one time. It's ashamed it hasn't been kept up. I would give my right arm to have a garden like that. Glad y'all are cleaning it up. Pam in South Carolina, USA 🇺🇸 ♥️
Great job like always just want to said HI from KILLEEN, TEXAS, USA, love to watch people who work cutting grass specially the ones that go out and help people in need for whatever reasons and there are lots of people that need help, here in the USA almost all the people that work like you in cutting grass go out and help does in need and I think is just awesome, GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
Well I use two different String-Trimmer. One with 26ccm and one with 52ccm. That 52ccm is really a beast but very heavy... Overgrown Grass isn‘t a problem with the big one. 👍🏻
I was in the livestream and it was 2:00am here at the time. Nicole asked where I was from and what I was doing up watching your livestream. 🤣🤣 I live in Utah USA. I love your channel and your sense of humor is great. Nice job with this yard! 💙🍻🤙🏻😉
What a beautiful yard after you got through mowing. And to have all those fruit trees right there. You did a great job I’ll cutting the grass also it was nice to have your wife there with you. Thank you for sharing and it was good to see another video from you. Take care and stay safe. Steve
Tim, to get rid of tree stumps the easy way, drill holes into the stump and pour hot super salty water into the stump and it will dry up and crumble into a fine mulch in a couple of months!
Hi Tim, yup, looks like the sort of thing we'd have here in UK. I'm from Norfolk UK and loads of lovely gardens with flower beds, more than expanses of lawn. I love watching your videos. So entertaining, especially when you reveal hidden paths and edges. 👍
