@Nathan-cd6gu you can use portable systems. Large ones too of your in a space like that. There are plenty of coffee carts around the world. Point is that was a prime location.
Hard to believe I used to go through that exact area as a trainee freight engine driver ( Enfield depot ) when it was a functioning rail freight yard in 1985/86. Feels like 100 years ago now.
I worked my first deep sea job to Lithgow out of that yard and had my first engine failure there too. So many memories at that location which were wiped away by the shopping centre only to have itself wiped away in turn. Nothing lasts for ever anymore in this city.
Harbourside was getting a bit long in the tooth, but I'm not sure it needed demolishing and starting again. The southern third of the upper level was always a bit quiet, though, probably bad mix of shops. Also perhaps you need a dead cat for your mic.
After all it was a railway goods yard for maybe 100 years. The Mono Rail made it workable and Clovermore stuffed that up along with other political dead beats . What a very ugly site now.
