Kyle, Excellent vid!! I loved the zombie part!! That was great!! I did travel through those two tunnels back in 1968 with my family about 6 months before they closed. Boy what a change in nearly 50 years!! I also drove the bypass part in the 70"s and 80's. In the winter it was a horrible. I do not miss driving that bypass, nor the Laurel Hill bypass. The PTC should have twinned all three.
I prefer the east entrance for entering rge Abandoned Turnpike. Plenty of parking, You can see the Cove Valley service plaza parking lot from the parking area and your only 1 mile from Sideling Hill Tunnel.
and if you keep having light problems you need to get yourself a fenix pd35 light super bright 1000 lumens at max and pretty small and lighter than the ones you were using here
there's actually a pw2 camp from world war 2 near sideling as well I like your video I hope you seen mine I even pointed out the access road to the top of sideline I hated as well as that there was a lot of people there but cool video maybe we can do a video together next year that be cool
